Horrible service at this location. Curbside order that was never brought outside. Why offer a curbside service and then not bring orders out? Place was not busy either and just let my food sit there.

Canes is fine as a whole, this location does what it's suppose to do right, its clean, friendly staff, nothing crazy. Canes as a corporation over the last few years with the prices and size of chicken you get is getting out of hand. They are giving you the worst size portions you can think of, there is a chicken place up the street that while they are more expensive at least you are getting a good size portion.

We are regular at Raising Cane's, as this is hands down my son's favorite chicken restaurant. Succulent, crispy, steaming chicken and delicious sauce.
My only issue is that as a pescaterian, my options are limited to side dishes.

Waited 30 mins for my curbside order had to walk inside to get it and then they had to remake it because it was just sitting on the counter. Pathetic customer service. It’s was also just one 3 piece box. Not a lot of food. Edit to add my fries were headed up not remade can’t say same about chicken because it was raw

This location is a joke. Not ONE person behind the counter greeted me or anyone else walking in. Zero effort. Zero respect. 😐

Let’s talk about the young Black male cashier with short hair and a “G” necklace. Name wasn’t on the receipt, but his attitude said it all.

Took my order without saying a single word. Didn’t repeat it back. Slammed my drink cup down like I was an inconvenience. When I asked whose order was ready, he rolled his eyes. Food box was open when I got it — I asked for napkins and for him to close it, and he muttered under his breath, mocked me, and shoved the bag across the counter.

I’m done with this place. If you hate your job that much, quit. Don’t take it out on paying customers.🤦🏻‍♀️

This day's chicken fingers was a disappointment!!! Overdone~ Dry~ Small!!!
Thankfully, this is not the norm, but last two visits have been WAY BELOW STANDARDS for this location. MANAGER, TAKE NOTE~This is written from a regular customer thru the drive-in window at takeout station #1 ~~~ Main Office will receive my complaint next time~

I went into Cane‘s today after my workout and of course I wasn’t really paying that much attention to eating because I shouldn’t have to worry about it but they put the chicken in the Styrofoam box so hot that it melted onto my food and I’m sure I consumed melted Styrofoam. Went in and spoke with an employee and they let me walk out of the door without speaking to me about it. Please be careful and look at your food before you eat it from this canes very disappointed.

Love the food but the drink was nasty and I paid 10.00 for the meal
