20 min wait on the drive thru. They need more people. They were not really busy but waited a lot. Once I got my food my drinks didn’t have any ice (apparently the ice machine wasn’t working) guess what fix it. $35 for two meals. Insanely expensive for small chicken fingers and fries. Oh yeah and no ice and a 20 min wait. Even McDonald provides better experience.

Worst canes EVER!!!! tell me why the chicken tenders are literally only 2 inches??? I wasn’t ready to be reminded of my ex Collin like excuse me? A lady like me needs atleast 6 inches and I’m not just talking about tenders. And the soda was flat with absolutely NO ICE!! Canes really said “you have ice at home” okay mom…..

Around 5:30pm on 3/10/24, Manager on duty told me that I was not allowed to bring in my service dog because she was not wearing a vest labeled “service dog.” I told her that she was not allowed to do that and then she told me “Make sure your dog has the service dog vest next time!” She was very rude and made a scene in front of guests and staff.Also the portion size is small and the chicken was lacking flavor.

Should probably rename it "slow-food" instead of fast food, since it took over 15 minutes just to get to the drive through speaker. Only about 3 cars between me and the speaker, didn't move for minimum 10 minutes. Yall aren't prepared for a lunch rush at 12p on a Thursday? Overall, 30 minutes to get my food.Also, like many other reviews the chicken continues to get smaller with every visit it seems. Not sure if they changed suppliers or what, but there's no reason 3 tenders costing me $10 should be that small, seriously. This seems to be the new norm at every location. What a joke, downfall for what used to be great chicken.
