Ive been getting the number 10 roasted beef and cheese from here since early 2010. Always the best of the best in sandwiches. Today I had the same. The beef tasted off, like it was old. It was really chewy as well. I'm going to chalk it up as a one off, but it better not happen again. Service was awesome and the place was really clean.

Sadly, I can't eat here anymore since I became seriously allergic to sesame seeds. 😭 Schlotsky's in Tomball was always my favorite. Service is great. Employees are friendly.

I usually don't come to this location in Tomball because I'm usually disappointed. I came this time because of my schedule with time and didn't drive to the farther away one.
The person taking my order was great through the drive thru and at the window, however who ever made my food did not make it correctly. It says on my receipt to be crispy.
I'm 26 weeks pregnant therefore the sandwich I get has bacon...I ask for extra crispy bacon and emphasized that I'm pregnant to make sure it's cooked extra(I can't have bacon if it's not cooked extra because it can hurt the baby).
I didn't look at my food until I was home and had a feeling I need to check bacon. The bacon wasn't only not crispy but it wasn't even cooked like it usually is cooked without being crispy. It was basically undercooked.
Thankfully I noticed and took it all off before eating.
I'm so disappointed. Not sure if it was lack of care or if it was because I had a reward for it to be free, but at any other location I never have had this issue
