I hadn’t been to Schlotskys in a very long time. Went with a friend today and was very disappointed. The bread was stale, in my memory the bread was always fresh and flavorful. Todays bread was stale and dried out the sandwich was awful. Won’t be going back

Wow it's not worth the money no flavor they use what is a taco potion of things for a big calzone bread was very disappointed with never eat there again. I've hard way better more meaty n tastier calzones then there n cheaper. Yall gotta do better it don't even taste good

03/02/24.. 6:15pm.. We walked into the Schlotzsky’s and could see the cashier sitting at the table watching something on her phone. She rolled her eyes as she got up to ring up our order. Very rushed order, didn’t greet us, she was in hurry to get back to her phone. As we got our drink cups, walked over the beverage station, tea containers were empty, as we sat down another couple pulled up and the same reaction we experienced they received the same. 6:45pm cashier locked one door, walked towards the other door and told us once your done eating yell at the kitchen and they will open the doors to let you out. Walked out and locked the door.

When you order a $17 sandwich you expect there to be at least meet all the way to the edge of the sandwich. And you would hope there would be more meat than bread! And don't get me started on how the cinnamon roll looks!

I’m leaving this one star review in regards to the incredibly rude man working the drive thru today. There was no one there when I pulled up, but it took a while for someone to answer the drive thru intercom. I figured that’s okay, maybe since it was slow they weren’t prepared. I ordered, pulled around. He opened the window and stuck his hand out without a word, I said thanks when he gave me my card back, no response. He handed me the food. I asked for hot sauce, he grabbed some, I said thanks, and he slammed the window shut. I don’t need 5 star service at a drive thru but he seemed pissed to be working. Just wanted the owner to be aware.

Nice place, very clean, polite staff and nicely decorated. Christian music playing (which I know is not everyone's thing, but I found it nice). The reason for 3 stars however is while the food was good is it just way to over priced for what you get. I had a small sandwich, which was $9 and a cookie which was $2.65. . . and both where tiny. Food tasted good but I literally left their and hit Taco Bell down the road for more food. . . then hit Panera Bread to get a real cookie! If budget is not an issue and you are not too hungry then you will enjoy Schlotzsky's.

Placed order. Was over charged for 2 sandwiches and cookies. Would not make a refund for cc transaction. No manager was on site to approve. Finally convinced them to void the transaction so the cc is not charged. They weren't going to do anything about their mistake, just keep the money for an order that we had immediately canceled. They did not know how to work the cc machine. Terrible service
we went tonight at the tomball location and the register person Ainter was horrible!! she got my order wrong and argued with me and said that that's what I ordered when I didn't because I don't even eat that and my husband asked her if it came with a soda pointing at the mea deals and she told him no when it does and when I went up there to ask her about it she argued with me again and said that we didn't ask her about them.... she was VERY rude and disrespectful needless to say we wouldn't be eating there again!!

I used to go here all the time. When I went today it looks filthy and like it’s been trashed. The woman at the drive-through got my order completely wrong. She charged me for avocado when I didn’t ask for avocado and charged me for chips when I didn’t ask for chips. She messed up my sandwich and didn’t give me the soup that I ordered. She acted like she was SO annoyed the entire time she was talking on her cell phone (not to me, go figure my order was wrong) and handing me bags of things I didn’t order. What a representation to Schlotzsky’s corporate and of the good old city of Tomball - whew. This kind of poor quality all the way around starts with management.

I went there 30 minutes before they closed, and the lady was already cleaning. Locked all the doors and wouldn't answer the drive thru. There are no schlotzsky's close to where I live, and I had a horrible day, so I wasted my time and gas going here.

I have ordered the Turkey Original numerous times via Grubhub and the sandwiches have always been delicious. Large portions, fresh veggies, meats, bread. LOVE!!!
