i come here for an iced coffee everyday but today the staff was rude, every iced coffee i picked they said they could not do until finally letting me know the machine isn’t working, pure laziness

A friend and I meet there for coffee and donuts once a month. We stay and chat for a few hours while we eat a donut and drink coffee. They're always great to us
