Really bad service. Rude ladies, didn’t even say hi nor acknowledged me as if I wasn’t there. They had a really bad attitude and were talking about other customers and were rushing me as if it was my fault that they are working on Christmas Eve. My family and I will not be coming back.

First we didn't get a receipt. Got home and the kolaches were old. They forgot our cinnamon rolls and when we went back for them, she said she didn't ring them up but clearly the price we paid reflected paying for them. Worst customers service.

We visited this location on Sunday, Nov. 3rd and got 2 cherry- iced donuts at the drive-thru. We are very disappointed that the last 2-3 times we have stopped there the icing is watery and thin. Next time we will go to the nearest QT gas station where the donuts are cheaper and have nice thick icing. We’ve been Shipley’s fans for decades but are fed up with getting cheated on our purchases.

Once we got home I opened the box and my donuts were moldy. I called and the guy said sometimes the one that is packaging the donuts doesn’t check them thoroughly meaning we are buying old donuts. He said they would make a fresh batch for me. When I got there the lady tried to say it wasn’t mold before even looking at the donuts she said it was from the icing smh 🤦🏻‍♀️ I know what mold looks like and that was definitely not from icing. What they should’ve done was refund me my money plus a batch of donuts for the hassle. Hispanic lady was very rude about it and stubborn. Check your donuts because they are selling the old ones. I’m attaching some photos of the moldy donuts.

All the workers minus one are very nice. There is a big overweight man who always has an attitude and is not respectful at all, even when you try to be extra nice for his benefit. He makes me feel unwelcome and yanks money out of my hand. Today, I had to tell him not to do it again. For this reason, I gave service 1 star. He needs to change his attitude. A person working in service can not act that way if they want people's business.

Ordered a sausage cheese and jalapeño kolache. Unfortunately it was a HOT DOG kolache. Very disappointing. Very big difference between a sausage and hot dog. Just say it's a hot dog kolache instead of falsely advertising as sausage. Nasty and cheaply made.

When I was waiting in line to order, the young lady at the counter looked right past me and offered to help the person behind me. Once I stated I was first, she then refused to honor my coupon. She insisted I had to order glazed donuts instead of the assortment (see picture). I didn’t argue, but I have decided I won’t be back. Not only was she rude, she was also wrong.

My family and kids used to love this place as we made a tradition of getting donuts every Saturday morning for breakfast. However, after this recent experience, we won’t be back. I went through the drive thru like I normally do and ordered one dozen mixed donuts. After doing so, I picked my assortment. Upon receiving my donuts and the receipt, I noticed that the price was more than it normally is for my order. I asked the young employee about it, and she told me that she had to charge me for each donut and to pick my donuts I would just have to go in the store next time. So instead of $11.99, they charged me $14.99. Why would I be charged more for picking the mix that I wanted? I did not include any specialty donuts. I parked and went into the store to try to resolve the matter. The same employee rudely stated, “I already told you it will have to be next time”. I asked to speak to the manager, who also wasn’t helpful. At that point, I asked for a refund and left. Very poor customer service.
