I don't frequent Shipley's much but it was within this year I went to one but I remember them being bigger than the ones in this store. Same price, smaller donuts. Oh well, guess I have to go to another one to compare. Darn it😁

Staff argued with my fiancé on their prices vs the app. Would not honor the app price and was trying to charge an extra $10. They then decided to talk trash about my fiancé in Spanish (my fiancé speaks Spanish). Absolutely do not recommend.

Came in to get donuts for the kids to enjoy as I’m in the car my kids start eating out of the box. As they hand me the box back I see green dots all over the donuts. So I went back in spoke to a lady n all she did was give me 2 donuts in a bag n said here. No apologies what so ever so I said I didn’t come to just my 2 donuts back I want an explanation to what this is and why are y’all serving people this. If my kids get sick from this donut with mold I’m coming back for you to pay for medical bills.

It is advertised on the news and multiple platforms that for Teacher Appreciation Day teachers get half a dozen donuts free. I wanted in line 15 minutes in the drive through and when I finally ordered I was told they were indeed NOT free but I could get 10% off. Since I already promised my son donuts I proceeded to order anyway. After paying, I was not even given the 10% off discount. I will never go back to this location.

We love Shipley's and have been going there since they came to Houston.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. When ordering through the drive-thru today, the young man’s ‘greeting’ was extremely rude. He interrupted us multiple times while we tried place our order, and generally treated the interaction like a waste of time. It was disrespectful and unprofessional, we didn’t finish ordering. We will not be back to Shipley’s Tomball.

A few days ago I stopped by at this location and ordered a hot chocolate and a cinnamon roll and I took a big sip of my hot chocolate and it tasted like bleach .Even the ladies that work here admitted that the hot chocolate smelled like bleach. I got a refund but was sick for a few days and never again am I setting foot at this store.
