Only got half of my order...The pictures of the smoothie bowls show it full with the smoothie going up to a line they have on the side and the toppings filling it the rest of the way, my toppings were barely above the line, the bowl just looks empty. I've never gotten one this low filled. When I tried to say something about it, they just said that's where it's supposed to be, I didn't want to fight over a smoothie so I just took it and left. Feels like wasted money.

Have been going to this location for the last 5 years. The employee turnover rate is high therefore the service you get is not consistent. Some employers greet you, some don’t. Sometimes your smoothie is made right, sometimes it’s not. I visited here last Friday, got home and realized one of my smoothies was not filled up. There was about 2 inches of space left in my cup. Shame on me for not checking. Shame on the workers doing it. From now on, I will be visiting another location. Highly disappointed.

Swing by for a morning smoothie on a Friday and was offered the Friday free upgrade, which id forgotten about, so I appreciated the guy for suggesting it. They were fast to blend and delivered with a smile. Will be back soon!

The window takes too long every time I come to this location, and I come at least 3 times a week. The last 2 times I came I wound up leaving before I got my order. Today being one of those days

Waited in line for over 30 minutes, when I got to the window I was charged $13.15 for a 20oz hulk I asked the girl to clarify this was for my order and she said yes and charged me. I asked for the receipt and realized it was a 20z vanilla hulk ( I ordered chocolate) and there was 5 different things added to it so I told her that was not my order. She refunded me the $13.15 then took my $8 for the drink that I ordered. BUT the drink I was given was 100% not the hulk. The drink I was given was actually disgusting and I did not drink it. Nor did I return because I did not want to have to wait 30 minutes for an $8 refund

I don’t think it’s entirely this staffs fault. There is only 2 people here with over 5-6 cars in line. It should not take over 30 minutes to get 1 smoothie when there was only 1 car in front of me. There needs to be a better system and more people scheduled.

It would be really nice to be greeted when standing around for 5+ minutes waiting to be asked for my order. Would also be nice if staff didn’t act like they hate their jobs. We left without ordering. So disappointing.

Horrible. I never leave reviews but WOW. I think I waited in line for my smoothie after ordering for 30+ minutes. It should NEVER take that long to wait on ONE smoothie.
