45 fkn minutes for our order and they had at least 3 people working this is absolutely ridiculous, every single location around us has Terrible service, the wait time is horrible, smoothies are not even done right and all have so many negative reviews, staff is your biggest problem and soon will go down, we have been customers for years and every type is worst!!!!!

Delicious & fresh smoothies, my go to place at least twice a week. Always clean. The weekend staff is super sweet & always wear a smile. My only bad experiences are usually with the same person during the weekdays she comes off as aggressively rude. Still doesn't stop me from visiting. Love Smoothie King

Let me start by saying the young guy who took our order was very nice and professional. I ordered a 32oz peanut power plus with 2 extra scoops of peanut butter. When I go to taste it, it tasted like it barely had any peanut butter in it. I mentioned it to the lady with short hair/glasses. She told that they put extra peanut butter and she watched the employee make it. I told her I watched him make it too and I did not see him out three scoops, also I’m not tasting any extra PB (which that’s what I paid for). She proceeds to make it, mumbling and slamming things around. As I am watching her remake it, she asks me if I would like to watch her make the smoothie. I told her all her attitude was not needed and if she could please just make the smoothie.All of the Smoothie King’s I have visited, they have all been consistent on a smoothie that I order every time. This location was definitely lacking.

This smoothie king location on Kuykendahl is better than any other location I have been to! If you order a smoothie bowl they fill it up and put a good amount of fruit. My smoothie was also thick and not watered down . I will definitely be coming back to this location!

This location is the worst , gave this location multiple chances but they always have big chunks of ice & no flavor like they left stuff out or it either tastes like water .

This place is awful. I gave it many chances over 2 years. Today is my last. The smoothie was not only missing ingredients but had huge chunks of ice. The guy working there can at least learn to use a blender. Never coming back not even for a free one. The lake woodlands location is much better.

Guess I shouldn’t expect much from a location run by high school students but the smoothies don’t hit the same way at this location as others. Don’t bother ordering online most of the time either because it likely won’t be ready even if you arrive when the app tells you to.

Love this location! Always get nice friendly service here and most importantly an accurately made drink! I almost always order off the app and have had zero trouble with that. My only minor complaint is that they need to fix the pavement in their drive thru. I'd say this store is better than other ones I've been to and luckily it's my closest one. Smoothies taste fresh and are very large! I usually have to save half of mine to consume later or the next day! Recommend!
