I had it one time, but it wasn't too good as I thought. I would like to visit another nearby location instead of this one. And I'm unwilling to visit this location anymore. Can you ask the people if they are unwilling to patronize this location anymore. Because someone is trying to convert this location to Bluewave express carwash.

If I could give no stars I would. The service is always horrible. I tip thinking it will be better.....it never is. They either need to fire everyone and start over or close and put in an establishment that wants happy customers....

I ordered a LRG Chocolate Shake. When it finally came out it wasn't even all the way full it only had a little squirt of whipped cream and it was watery and melted. I couldn't even use a spoon to eat it it was so melted and it had way too much chocolate in it. And when I asked the guy if there was something wrong with their machine he was not polite and responded that the machine was working fine. I requested my money back ,got my money back and left. I will not return to that restaurant.

Waited over 15 mins for two drinks.
The manager finally came and brought my order. She REEKED like a vape and so does my two drinks. I ended up throwing them away because every time I went to take a drink I smelled that nasty, toxic vape!!!

Time and time again this Sonic produces the worst food imaginable. My Oreo chocolate shake wasn't chocolate and had maybe 2 crumbs of Oreos after they forgot to give it to me. The food is made slopily and always takes too long. Why does my burger smell like fish?

I will contact the establishment to ensure these errors I experienced today are remedied before I completely give up hope on the closest Sonic to my home. I arrived in a Lane to place my order and there was loud screaming coming over the mic from the staff. Then the person switched out after allowing me to begin ordering then I had to repeat my order to a new person. Two of my smash burgers were incorrect and not the big deal smashers I ordered. The third burger was supposed to be a triple deal sonic smasher but it was a double. I saw the triple big deal smasher on screen before paying can't recall if the two regular smashers were listed appropriately. I do not have a receipt. The order came out fairly quickly and the young lady was very kind. Now to the drinks three of the same drink with flavor bubbles and one ocean water. I bit into a chocolate chip after slurping on my blue raspberry slush with flavor bubbles. I then removed the lid to further inspect and discovered what looked like an Oreo cookie piece very small and some identifiable small black think. This totally ruined my drink and it sits Moore full than empty due to mysterious findings. I am a disabled veteran and occasionally need a good quick quality meal I opted for sonic yesterday and regret it. 7/10/2025

They do not make you aware that the app was updated. We got there at 3:59 pushed the button and nobody got to us until 405 and they made us pay full price.

Hailey handled it very well but this was the WORST burger of all time. waited 15mins for it to be raw. didnt realize until after i ate it, it tasted like old school lunch. i dont see how you all have charring on my patties but not completely cook my burger….? teach your cooks how to grill
