Place has went down hill, ordered 2 #5 and my mom and I sat and ate in car, first they forgot the bacon on the burgers, but the freshness was really bad cold and dry of the hamburger meat. The pickle fries was good, but we where hungry so instead of waiting on new order we just asked them to bring bacon out. Probably last time I get food from here.

Came for a big drink order and everything was correct and fast. Can't speak for the taste of the food (since I didn't order any) but the drinks were great. The service was friendly.

Did a Doordash here. Kid ran it out and threw receipt in th bag & when I tried to confirm the order kept walking away saying uh hu as he did and I was gonna ask him to get some napkins for them as none in the bag but no go. He was long gone as if super busy but my vehicle was the only one parked so not sure why he couldn't just take a quick minute so I could be sure the order was correct before leaving:( Bummed me out since today was my 1st day working with Doordash so I wanted to be certain everything went well. Ended up fine but left me feeling I was a super unimportant customer to him:(

Ordered at RT44 root beer at a stall, took 10+ minutes, pressed the button again, "Oh there was no order from this stall" even though it went through, i pressed cash, and it said someone was on the way with my order, had to place ANOTHER order, and it came out within 3 minutes. The carhop was super sweet and apologetic, Haley if im not mistaken, not upset with her in the slightest. There is just no justifiable reason i had to wait 15+ total minutes for a single fountain drink.

0 Stars. Worst Sonic Experience Ever.
This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The incompetence and unprofessionalism of the staff tonight were beyond belief. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal, and what I got was literally a single popcorn chicken on a bun. When I pointed this out, the girl laughed and tried to tell me, “That’s how it comes.” Really? A chicken nugget is a sandwich now?
I asked for it to be remade correctly, but the new order was still wrong—twice. The girl kept giggling through the entire process, and it was obvious no one was taking this seriously. When I finally asked for a refund, I had to argue back and forth because the manager refused to refund the full amount at first. After 30 minutes of waiting, I finally got my money back—but only after practically begging for every dollar I was owed.
The math was apparently too much for them because I had to explain multiple times that $20.19 minus $17.19 isn’t a tip—it’s my change. The level of disrespect, lack of accountability, and sheer inability to do a basic job is staggering.
Avoid this location like the plague. The staff is rude, incompetent, and untrained. I wouldn’t recommend this Sonic to my worst enemy. Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered hot dogs for the family tonight, but all I got was rudeness and unprofessional treatment. Absolutely disgusting. The team needs to change their mentality and improve their customer service abilities. Tonight, I had to deal with two different girls who were equally awful.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at Sonic today, and I am beyond disgusted. I ordered a chicken sandwich, only to discover that not only was it completely wrong, but it also had a hair in the food. This is one of the most unhygienic and unacceptable things that can happen at a restaurant.
When I brought this to their attention, I expected a simple resolution—either a fresh, correct order or a refund. Instead, I was met with outright refusal to exchange the food or refund my money. The staff didn’t even attempt to apologize or take responsibility. To make matters worse, the girl working laughed in my face when I expressed my frustration.
This lack of professionalism and care for customers is appalling. Serving food with hair in it is not just a mistake; it’s a major health and safety issue that should be taken seriously. For the staff to brush it off and refuse to fix the problem shows a complete disregard for their customers and basic decency.
I will be contacting corporate immediately to report this disgusting experience and the staff’s unacceptable behavior. No one should have to deal with food contamination, wrong orders, and disrespectful employees. Avoid this location at all costs unless you want to risk wasting your money and your appetite.

I’ve been to a lot of fast food places, but this one really took the cake—for all the wrong reasons. The staff here clearly need a crash course in customer service because the attitudes were absolutely awful. From the moment I pulled up, I was met with nothing but disrespect. The person taking my order had a tone that made it seem like I was bothering them by simply existing.
When I got my food, it was just as bad as the service—cold, poorly made, and not even close to what I ordered. But what really topped it all off was how rude and dismissive the employees were when I tried to address the issue. I get it, people have bad days, but this was beyond unprofessional. Honestly, the way I was treated made me never want to come back to this location again.
This place needs some serious management to overhaul both the customer service and the overall attitude of the staff. I won’t be returning anytime soon unless something changes, and I wouldn’t recommend this Sonic to anyone who values good food and basic human decency.

My young kiddo really wanted a chili dog like Sonic (the hedgehog). The rest of our family went to Whattaburger next door. They walked over there and I placed the order for the chili dog (and a couple of drinks) on the app to get the discount at 5:23pm. It said it estimated to be ready at 5:29pm.
I checked in right away because we were already there. After 12 minutes of waiting someone came out and gave an order to a car that was already there when we arrived. Who knows how long they waited in total. I'm not sure at one point the screen no longer was showing "in kitchen" but I didn't think much of it because they often mark it as coming even when it's not right away- to look good on numbers?
We tried to be patient, it's hard when your 5 year old is crying about being hungry. I took a screenshot of my phone to remind me when I called... so I called on the intercom at 5:43 (20n minutes after my order). I couldn't understand anything other than a man saying sorry. A few minutes later and a lady brought it out... not even a word as to why we waited so long.
She asked if I wanted the receipt and I said yes but then when I saw there was no ketchup (I ordered fries and specified ketchup on the order) she had to go back in to get it and forgot to give me the receipt.
Right after, the rest of our family came back from Whattaburger because they had already received and finished their meal. Not only did we have to wait 20 minutes for the Sonic food but the sprite was filled with ice 2 inches below the top (it didn't take long to drink it all even though it was a large), the fries were lukewarm, and the bun on the chilidog was soggy.
2 years ago I stopped going to this location because the service was always so slow, but I had hoped it improved in that time.
This experience was absolutely abominable. Go to Whattaburger instead.
