Always a quick trip through for that good ice and half and half Ice tea.. on a hot Texas đŸ”„ winter.. corn dogs are always a treat for the grandkiddos

Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes waiting on tater tots. I was the only customer. Did not get my tater tots. Sonic used to be a great company. It has become a horrible company in the last 6 years. Their service and food are absolutely horrible.

Went tonight and got a double smashed burger meal. They didn't care much about their job this night I guess. It was just a bunch of meat pieces piled to one side of the burger crumbled to pieces.

The staff was friendly, but not terribly competent. They didn't read my order back to me, so I don't know if they didn't record my order correctly or didn't prepare it accordingly, but I didn't get what I ordered through the drive-thru, so I didn't notice until after I had left

Less of a food problem than a water quality problem, the drinks (slushies in particular) taste funny. Would reccomend management take a look.
Staff was very polite and changed my drink to a soda.

Charging extra for sauces with things like nuggets and mozzarella sticks is CRAZY, that should come free on the side. Plus the nuggets were completely burnt and gross. And before YOU (Sonic) comment your stupid “if you’d like to escalate this” why don’t you think about what your customers are actually saying and take the time to care for them.

Well I never thought a company would be more ridiculous with their sauce policy than McDonald's but Sonic has surpassed them! You promote sauces with certain foods and then charge us for each sauce! You don't even get one with your meal anymore! And this is after they already increased their costs. Corporate greed at its finest.

Manager has new policy to charge for sauces that come with item. Prices are high enough without this petty greed. Pretzel was burnt, and tasted worse than it looked. Paid for tomatoes on my burrito and did not receive tomatoes. Husband said his bacon toasters were somehow burnt, but soggy. Not the best experience. We will go to the Tomball location for better service.

We got the kids slushies with the library coupons and one of the dog treats. The bill was $1.08. I gave Addie a $20 and she said the bill was too large. I asked her what she meant and that every business takes 20s. She was adamant the 20 was too large of a bill.
There needs to be some training done at this location . Turning down customers because they have cash is just poor business. I can't go back to this location. It just blows my mind.
