I just ordered a medium Ocean Water and Rt 44 Lemonade. The lemonade was watered down even though I asked for light ice. The drink tasted like it was running out and they gave me the last of the batch. Also, whomever brought my drinks looked really irritated. I said thank you and she just looked at me and walked off.

It was my first time at this location, i have not been to a sonic in years and my daughter really wanted to try a grape slushy. Well i ordered myself a small strawberry milkshake, girl reads back the order, comes with a strawberry slush and says oh well do you still want this and i’m like no i wanted the shake. She then says well i have to refund the whole order not just the item and i said you know I like to talk to your manager and instead she comes back with the shake and says it’s ok don’t worry.. Yea i wasn’t going to drink that… I don’t trust that and it came to easy… i’ll never come to this place again!

Just ordered 2 slushies, got the blue coconut and a blue raspberry. Normally the slushies are pretty good, but this time they taste like tap water, and it’s not even a slight tap water taste, it’s like completely overpowering the blue flavor. I even asked my boyfriend and his sister to try, they both agree it tastes like tap water.

I was out dashing and my kiddos wanted ice cream. I was racially profiled by the car hopper because she assumed I wasn't going to pay her so she demanded a payment after handing me one of my ice cream dishes and holding the other one. I told her I won't run off and not all minorities are criminals. I wanted to tell them to keep both of the dishes but because my 4 year old does not understand what racism is and all she knows is that she wanted ice cream for her and her sister I still paid but I am truly pissed off and won't ever go to this sonic again. I will be sticking with my usual location in New Caney.

Their half price shakes is a joke. They still advertise it but unless you ask for the discount, otherwise they are happy to charge the full price. Once charged they won’t warrant the discount even before the order is served. Sonic, if you can’t fulfill the discount just at least be transparent.
