The employees working there on November 5th 2023 at 3pm we’re terrible, bad attitude and both stared me down while I was standing waiting for my order to be taken, and on top of that the sink was full of dirty water and they pulled out the dishes and used them for my drink, it was gross. Also their hair was really long and I’m not sure if it touched my drink, I felt bad so didn’t ask for a refund but just threw away my drinks. IT TOOK 20 MINUTES FOR 2 DRINKS, HOW?!? This was the only Starbucks I’ve had such a bad experience at. Definitely a staff issue.

Well, I used to go here when this red haired lady worked there and never had a problem. Now there is some young Hispanic girl with glasses that, for some reason, refuses to serve coffee to male patrons. Three times I tried to no avail. At first I was perplexed, then just offended and disrespected. First time I walked up and her greeting was "What do you want?" and not in a nice way. She was fumbling with her dirty phone and the cash register calling someone to complain about something I couldn't care less about. I told her what I wanted and seeing that she was a mess I just let her know I'll do my shopping and be back. I came back and no coffee for me, but some other Hispanic woman on her way to work got hers. I stepped forward to ask about my order and she literally ghosted me. Completely ignored me. Next day she ignored me and I bought my items and had a conversation with a Kroger employee about cars for a moment and noticed she did the same thing to another guy but served the women. Very odd. Third try and she just ignored me completely. I have a bad temper, so I just left without a word. It was just weird but I guess they approve her behavior and don't want money from men. She's gonna have a miserable life, sometimes the best thing is just to let it happen. I know some people may say, "Maybe she was having a bad week". Frankly I don't care about her life or her problems, keep that crap at home.

The manager just made me the BEST drink ever! The sweet vanilla cream cold brew was absolutely the best and so worth it! Thank you so much Christine!
