Upbeat, fun, welcoming- this is always my impression of the baristas at this Starbucks. I never wait long at the drive thru no matter what time of day I go. Klarissa is always a gem and my interactions with her brighten my day no matter the mood I am in. I know there are lots of options for your morning fix, but stopping at the Starbucks always gives me a little extra boost.
Placed a mobile pick up order. Map will bring you in from behind the building, you will not be able to park since the drive through idiots take up the entire lot. Ordered 2 food items, normally if something is out of stock the app will say so before you order, I guess they don't update theirs. Waited at the mobile counter for 5 minutes before being addressed, that's when they tell me one of my items is out of stock and they will refund me. My other food item has been...
I don't come to this location often enough to say it was bad service. They may have just been having a bad day? The employees themselves were great! Just the service needed better execution. Maybe next time I stop by, it will be different.
