Every time we go to this location, the wait is ridiculous! It’s a super fast at any of their locations as everything is custom-made, but this location is ridiculous! Of course, typical of Starbucks the staff doesn’t care.
This specific Starbucks is wild. It's slow and orders get messed up frequently. I've been waiting on drinks I ordered over 45 minutes ago.
In this time I have seen it go from one person to about 20 people waiting for drinks. I think they need to work with a formula 1 pit crew to understand the order of operations that need to happen to get drinks made in a timely fashion.

Upbeat, fun, welcoming- this is always my impression of the baristas at this Starbucks. I never wait long at the drive thru no matter what time of day I go. Klarissa is always a gem and my interactions with her brighten my day no matter the mood I am in. I know there are lots of options for your morning fix, but stopping at the Starbucks always gives me a little extra boost.
