Great customer service. I appreciated the manager for noticing a request included in the name I use on my registered Starbucks card. This led to a conversation about a modifier that isn't included on the Starbucks application. The manager let me know that my modifier is going to be added on the next app update. I appreciated the information...... however when the application did update, the long awaited modifier wasn't added. Either way, the service was quick and friendly!
