I come to this location and the one in woodlands parkway normally I have no issues, however this is the 3rd coffee (2 at the other location) one here that the coffee has not tasted like normal. I always order mine with blonde espresso but these few times they have been super weak just like flavored water.

So like always I ordered my 1 drink and 2 food items in the app and sent off to start the process.
I arrived and my food came out within a couple minutes of arriving I’m thinking great well 4 more minutes go by and I’m like hmm just busy so I gave it 2 more minutes and ask the young man about my drink and he looks at me and says oh I don’t know we are busy okay so I back off, the young lady making drinks said here I’m starting your drink.
No this drink is not my drink but my wife drink which is an ice chi tea with none fat milk 8 pumps of chi and 1 shot of espresso.
Well let’s just say I get home to the wife and get the look of this is wrong I asked what’s wrong with it and was told no espresso shot.
Customer service was awful today and the young man could use some retraining, the young lady needs a refresher on how to make drinks or ask she is not sure.
Overall very poor customer service and care today.

This is the location we visit the most. They are dependable and the line moves fast. Getting in and out of their drive through is tight/not convenient. Otherwise, this location is great.

During the second wave of the Hello Kitty merchandise the manager did not put out the merchandise when a barista was going to put it out he told him something and they put away the boxes 11/13 I drove to a different Starbucks to get merchandise that was not being held hostage.

I was trying to order my coffee this morning and it was guy who was just messing with the trash can and just ignored me I stood there for at least 10mins and he still did not acknowledge me. Another worker who was passing the food out walked past me as well like I just wasn’t standing there no greets no nothing and I’m very disappointed it was very rude I couldn’t even order the guy was still playing with the trash bags and talking to other co workers so I just walked out. Food and drinks are good but service was horrible DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had asked for a venti mocha cookie crumble with no whip cream on the bottom and easy on top. When I got my coffee 5 minutes later, there wasn’t any cookie crumbs throughout the drink only on top. I was made very differently than I usually get.

I walked in the store was empty no one was in here only a person in the computer and a group of girls who had their drinks already. It took them 10-15 minutes to make 3 refreshers. And they had 3 employees working. Seemed like they were busy talking and just helping people in the drive thru.

My granddaughter and I stopped here at least once a week. It’s a fun place for the two of us just to sit and visit for a few minutes.

I do deliveries this is my first time in. I waited for a while for 1 drink order. When nobody is doing it, all orders are handed out. I stand right there to be ignored. Everyone turns away from me. I cancel the order and walk out.

My husband and I went through the drive through last Saturday night. The employees were very polite and friendly, which I appreciate. However, the Mocca Latte that I ordered had no expresso in it! I basically paid for a very expensive hot chocolate! I might understand if they were busy, but they were not, only two other customers in-store and drive through combined.
I'll probably give them another chance, since they are my favorite coffee shop. If it happens again, I'll be further down the road at Scooters!
