I do deliveries this is my first time in. I waited for a while for 1 drink order. When nobody is doing it, all orders are handed out. I stand right there to be ignored. Everyone turns away from me. I cancel the order and walk out.

My husband and I went through the drive through last Saturday night. The employees were very polite and friendly, which I appreciate. However, the Mocca Latte that I ordered had no expresso in it! I basically paid for a very expensive hot chocolate! I might understand if they were busy, but they were not, only two other customers in-store and drive through combined. I'll probably give them another chance, since they are my favorite coffee shop. If it happens again, I'll be further down the road at Scooters!

Every time I go to Starbucks, I remember why I stopped going, but it was the only coffee place on my way. They filled my cup with ice to the very top. I finish my medium iced latte in two seconds. It’s literally less than half a cup of liquid. I’m paying six dollars for ice!! on top of that my son got a Frappuccino and it was pure ice! Tasted nothing like coffee, complete rubbish! Starbucks is the greediest I swear.
