Starbucks, I don't know where you find your employees, but stop looking there. I go in, order a "large black coffee." Even made it easier by saying "pike is fine." She says "do you want like an americana?" To which I reply "just a large black coffee, nothing in it." She says "ok it's gonna take a minute to make." I reply with "ok, dark roast is fine then." This is where she really lost me, she says "they're both a couple minutes old." I ask, "ok, thats fine." She then says "well we made em both like an hour ago."I turned around and walked out. I don't need coffee that bad.

The customer service at the Starbucks is exceptional! I really wanted to try a new drink (the oleato cold foam) , but I was concerned I wasn’t gonna like it so the barista Kyle made me a small version of it along with my regular drink and didn’t charge me for the tester! Thank you Kyle ?Tea drinkers if you haven’t tried their Matcha tea latte is amazing add peppermint syrup and it’s like a brand new drink!

The barista’s are not that good at this location. My tall drink almost always has too much ice and not enough liquid. I’ve brought it back in a few times so they could fix it. The liquid should be to the top of the cup, ice should be half the cup not vice versa.

I always order cappuccino so my coffee is not loaded full of dense milk. More than half of the times my cappuccino comes heavy full with dense milk with no froth. I started ordering short and yet Starbucks some how manages to make it taste more like latte, full of milk with no froth.

Coffee is usually good, friendly staff and all BUT there’s an issue with todays coffee that’s been done before. Look at the amount of ice that’s in this grande cup. The whole cup is full to the brim with ice! We get very little coffee and the price of these coffees are not cheap! This is not okay and Starbucks employees should not be getting away with this.Edit: for some odd reason It won’t let me add my picture but yea imagine your cup full of ice to the very brim smh

Frankster “Grand Dad Nowatzke” Nowatzke
Went in with a bag of coffee beans to have ground up which I bought at a different store and announced it to that cashier. Cashier scanned the bag as if I was going to purchase it. Not listening to the customer. 2 different people greeted me before the cashier came out from the back. Why the meaningless greeting if you're doing something else?What happened to sincerity?I had intended on tipping the cashier for grinding the beans, accept he again asked if I wanted it for a paper filter and had to correct him that I've had a metal filter. He saved me money, he lost money, and Starbucks customer service keeps going further down. And they also got rid of their Clover machine. Despise this store
