Every single time I’ve ever ordered a sandwich from this location it hasn’t been made right. Either completely wrong or something is wrong on it. Never right. Not to mention they act like there’s a lettuce shortage and are rude if you want more. Save your time and go to literally any other location around Tomball.

They don’t have lettuce
I’ve never had an issue with this location until tonight. I arrived 20 minutes before closing, there were two associates in the store. I ordered the All American (the same sandwich I always order). The male associate repeats my order and proceeds to making my sandwich. After removing it from the toaster and in clear view I noticed it had roast beef on it. The sandwich doesn’t come with roast beef. After bringing it to his attention, he then asks if I ordered the Subway Club, mind you he repeated my order back to me the first time and it definitely wasn’t the Subway Club. Smh! Then he proceeds to remove the roast beef and goes to text on his phone and return to making my sandwich with the same gloves. He put the sandwich back in the toaster. The lady pulls the sandwich from the toaster and I notice the bacon missing. She asks, ‘did you want bacon?’ It comes with bacon. OMG I’ve never seen such incompetent careless people. I just left the store and went to Chic Fil A.

This is the slowest subway I have ever ordered from. Did a mobile order that showed it was ready when I got there. Store was busy.
My order was not ready and instead of helping me, they put my sandwich to the side and helped 5 others customers that walked in after me.
20 minutes later my food still was not ready.

The lettuce looked old with brown spots. Additionally, the floor was very dirty.

This location has really gone down hill. The use to have a fantastic flat bread breakfast sandwich. Now they try to pass of the same paper thin stuff they use on their wraps as flat bread. This past week I have been hoping to find a Subway that has actual flat bread but with no luck. I am done eating at Subway. I am going to make my own version at home using actual flat bread. Subway has really gone down hill since Jared was sent to prison.

Worst experience ever they were slow it was1200pm and they didn't have jalapeños said they didn't have anymore ...like wth they didn't prepare for the day they only had one pan for the day...I will not return and not to mention all the vegetables didn't look fresh either I literally had to pray over this food that I don't get sick..only left score to leave review...
Some of the worst service I have ever experienced. I stand in line waiting to order mind you you I am the only one in the store and after for over 20 minutes finally one of the staff member ask what I would like to get. I order my my sandwich and waited for my wife to order her sandwich which we never did because after sweating my ass off in their store that had the thermostat set to 87 and waiting for over thirty minutes for help I gave up and left. Crazy

I am absolutely disappointed in the service that I received today. 85 degrees inside the building, lack of support from staff, no sense of urgency to serve customers, and lack of ingredients. The staff just didn't care about the customer experience at all. We just had to leave and go to the one on 249 and north point where service is always on point!

Have Real bad service...her attitude ...I ask more letters on sandwich and she got a bunch on my Sandwich dropped with hate...Don' get back to this Subway again..
Went to place an order in the app. Picked location because it said that online ordering was available and they were participating in the online deal.
Placed my order and waited for the order to be verified just for it to be voided/canceled.
When I called location to ask she said let me check our computer. System is slow and I proceeded to put me on hold and was still on hold when I walked in 15 minutes later.
I went to replace my order online and they were no longer available for online ordering
This is the second time that this has happened. I thought it was just a glitch on the app but apparently not
