Went to place an order in the app. Picked location because it said that online ordering was available and they were participating in the online deal.
Placed my order and waited for the order to be verified just for it to be voided/canceled.
When I called location to ask she said let me check our computer. System is slow and I proceeded to put me on hold and was still on hold when I walked in 15 minutes later.
I went to replace my order online and they were no longer available for online ordering
This is the second time that this has happened. I thought it was just a glitch on the app but apparently not

I really enjoy this location! The restaurant is clean and still appears new, and the staff always make my sandwich right! They don't skimp out on ingredients over here. I love coming here for a quick lunch when I'm in the area.

I went here and there was three employees working and none of them spoke English i told him what bread i wanted he looked at me stupid i asked him to take some of the onions off because he put an entire handful on he looked at me like i was stupid it is absolutely ridiculous to walk into a subway and the person working not understand a word you are saying that is read right off the menu

No one knows the ingredients of their own sandwiches. And check your receipt, they always mess it up by accident.

I came to have lunch at this place. My sandwich was so delicious and fresh. The service was great! The cashier was so friendly and took the time to make my food just the way I wanted. She was so friendly and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend the Italian BMT ?I also loved the music and atmosphere.

I’ve called and been hung up on about 6 times in a row and all I wanted to ask was if they accepted bitcoin so my family could get some subway. I guess they didn’t want my business
