I had originally placed and order online and then had to cancel as I had ordered from the wrong Subway. I Spoke with Rosie the manager and had it canceled BUT I was not refunded my $29. I have reached out and even went up the Subway to figure out a solution so that I can be reimbursed. I was told many times Rosie the manager was going to help me but she had failed to follow up. I am very disappointed that this establishment cannot act professionally and return my money that is due.

Excellent service
Wife ordered on New Year’s Day, store hours said open. Manager decided to allow employee to cancel all orders and closed early without informing customers. Wife had to bang on the window to get someone to come out of the store because they locked the doors. Manager told her she would get her money back. 3 days later, never received refund. So they STOLE our money and never fulfilled the order. Corporate is being called on these crooks - do not spend your money here with these fraudulent people

Ordered on app. Got confirmation email. Went to store and employee and manager said they didnt get order so they cant help me. Employee confirmed that i was at right store based on my phone ? Did someone inside store steal order. Poorly managed restaurant. Even worse app.

This is my first time here, and I'm African/black. I met two Spanish individuals and a Caucasian being served in front of me. The server who later attended to me smiled to acknowledged the Caucasian, who wasn't even looking at Tessy the server.. However, when it was my turn, she didn't acknowledge me at all, walking right past despite me waiting for about 10 minutes. Instead of recognizing my wait, she simply asked if I had been helped. It's disheartening. I lost appetite and threw my food away because when I raised the obvious as a concern, she brushed it off and spoke Spanish to her fellow employees. Racism exists within the Spanish community, too. My color is dark, but it does not mean I am not a human being to be treated equally. Blacks stay away.

Walked in this restaurant and let me start by saying it was very clean and felt welcome as soon as I walked in was greeted and very good customer service by the lady at the front register Rosy definitely had a great experience here wouldn’t mind coming back from my lunch
