I’m so sick of this place, Horrible service, Disgusting ill mannered employees, horrible food and the Mexican lady gives everybody dirty looks and talks back rudely. I asked her how her day was, she looked me up and down and said “good” and the food is nasty. This doesn’t even taste like subway and i dont understand why they just don’t shut this place down.

As someone who frequents subway quite often this was probably one of my worst experiences. Ordered two Philly sandwich meals of the day, and one tuna sandwich by itself. When it came to pay she( sunny)couldn’t figure out how to charge me correctly, I asked why she kept charging for a drink and chips when the $6.99 included chips and drinks. She stated this was how her manager showed her and she’s been there 4 months so she knows a little about what she’s doing. She claimed to almost have a nervous breakdown as people started to come in. Needless to say my food had been sitting there and she started to get louder and more rude because she didn’t know how to charge me correctly. She stated for $25 and you’re feeding three people that’s a good deal to me as she looked to the other customers. Like I didn’t want to pay for my food or something. I responded by telling her I’m not going to sit here and argue over a few dollars but she needed to charge me correctly. I told her I no longer wanted my food that had been sitting there and she said just to leave and not worry about paying. I insisted on paying but she walked away to call her manager. Never going back to this location!

Tried giving us discolored meat that was obviously bad from a cold-cold cut combo pre-rolled pack. When I asked to switch the meat out to turkey (before anything else was put on the sandwich) the gentleman said he was going to charge me double. I told him I didn’t want double meat just switch it out for good meat that wasn’t discolored, he refused to budge. I asked his coworker to look at it— thinking it was a language barrier issue. Still no understanding, so we walked out.
