I ordered a Pepsi Zero in a bottle, but instead they gave me a cup for the fountain drink. When I told them I had ordered a bottle, they didn’t believe me and acted like I was wrong. Very disappointing service.

The tall white lady was very rude and obnoxious. I am a vegan and I clearly had asked for no meat and it was even on the online app which she can clearly review it and then she had given me bacon in my sandwich which I took a bite out of. Then I went back to the restaurant and she was very rude to me telling me I had to pay for another sandwich when it was her fault in the first place, I was a regular customer but after what has happened, I will no longer be returning to this location. Do not come here and I will also be telling my friends and family members to not come to this location.

Sandwiches have been made incorrectly multiple weeks in a row, from the wrong bread to missing ingredients or skimping on meat. So cheap on servings - “double meat” here is the equivalent of a normal serving at other locations. A normal serving to them is apparently 6 slivers of meat for a footlong. Service is terrible and they act like it’s your fault they made your mobile order wrong. Don’t waste your time or money at this location.

I used to love Subway, but ever since the management changed, the quality and service have taken a nosedive. The staff seems completely disorganized, the sandwiches are sloppily made, and the overall experience is just *not* what it used to be.
What happened to the fresh, customizable sandwiches Subway was known for? Now it feels like a cheap, poorly run place that only sells bread to their customers!!
