Every time I visit this location everything is usually fine bordering on mediocre. The draft beer tastes funky (improper equipment maintenance), the food is meh, and the sim tech/equipment is rather dated/worn. This last time my wife and I went was ridiculous though. They started us late and had constant power tool noise the entire time. I get that you need to do repairs and maintenance, but maybe not when the customers are in the middle of a session. We agreed to an extra 30 mins so we could finish our food/drinks and play a little longer since we got started late, and they had the audacity to actually charge us for it. Between them not being ready and the constant noise, they probably should have just comped the 30 mins. 😂 All the negatives aside, the staff are pretty friendly and attentive. I probably won’t be returning any time soon though.

Absolutely loved this place! The simulators are top-notch and make the experience so fun and realistic. The overall atmosphere is super welcoming and relaxed, which makes it a great spot to hang out with friends or even come solo. The staff are wonderful — friendly, helpful, and genuinely make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. You can tell they care about making sure everyone has a great time. Everything was clean, well-organized, and easy to use. I’ll definitely be coming back soon and recommending it to others.

Had a fantastic time here! We were visiting family and they suggested that we go to Swing Zone and I'm so glad we did! The service was fantastic, drinks were perfect and super fun atmosphere. The machines are really awesome, I'm not a golfer so I can't speak to accuracy, but the graphics looked sharp and the software kept up, no lag or jumping. What really stood out was the service. We received a text after we made our reservation to ask if we had any lefties in the group (they have 2 bays to accommodate left handed players). We were running late and when I texted to let them know they said they would hold our bay for us. When we didn't get to use the full hour we had reserved they only charged us for the time we were able to use. We will absolutely be back when we visit family next time.

It’s a small cool place to go. Food takes a while short stages when they are busy but nice people.
I am at swingzone every Sunday morning. The staff is always engaging with the customer whether they are new or regulars, and always helpful. And regardless of how busy or slow it may be, you can expect the same level of great service everytime.

Great place, food & drinks are good, and the service is friendly and helpful. The simulators are pretty good and offer a lot of course options to play.
I give the place 4 Stars because I'm left-handed and the only bay to use as a lefty does not have great lighting, which makes it difficult to actually the hit ball with any accuracy. My suggestion would be to place lighting above & slightly offset close to the wall in the L/R bay so that left-handed golfers can see better. My right-handed buddy had no trouble seeing the ball since on his side of the bay there was plenty of light.
