For some reason this location for the past couple years thinks they have a choice whether to make your order or not. Ever since Carmen the manager left they have a bad attitude here except maybe some of the younger workers some times. When they do decide to make your order it's a hit or miss. There's newer TB's in the area so I think I'll skip this one from now on

Horrible service! I know you don’t get fast food for the service but wow. Took almost 30 mins, left out a couple things, ignored us trying to ask for our stuff. You can only order on the computer screen if your inside and it never sent me receipt.

The AI at the drive-thru was better than any human I've talked to at Taco bell.

Hey guys. Taco Bell is at the mild forefront of AI. If you go thru the drive-through, you get an AI voice.
However, my greatest warning is if you walk into the facility your are forced to order thru the kiosks. Seems odd, but ok. Here is the issue. If you order your food and wish to pay for cash, you will not be recognized by their order system. BTW, it happened to me and I witnessed it with another person in Tomball, TX. I advise everyone to pay with a debit/credit card at this location, otherwise they will not be aware of your cash order.
The other odd thing. They do not put out sauces into the restaurant area. You have to ask for mild, diablo, etc., and tell them how many you want. There are no sauces within the restaurant. And, you have to count before you drive past the delivery window.
A very kind employee explained to me, "We have been told not to come to the counter to meet customers or take orders from customers (inside the store). Bless her heart.
I am not saying this is a bad thing, but I will say it is an odd thing.
Apparently, I am being introduced to AI servants in a Texas stronghold?
For some reason, I still love their Crispy Beef (?) tacos.

You have to place your order at the kiosk which is fine. The problem is I ordered $30 of food and the wouldn’t take a $50. I had to cancel some food and not everyone got to eat so I could make my order under $20 bc the only other money I had. The manager was not customer friendly at all and very unprofessional. Definitely need classes on customer service skills and politeness!

Everything took foreverrr, I needed to pay cash and was waiting at the register for so long and then the food itself was another 20 minute wait. They don’t have sauces or anything because you have to ask them for the sauces so I got up to ask and I waited like 8 minutes for someone to come to the front🤦♀️🤦♀️

There were only 6 ppl in dining room, 2 of which were sitting and eating, two had already ordered. The dining room was (and is) a mess. None of the tables have been wiped and the drink station was dirty.
I had to finally ask someone to please take my eat in order; upon doing so I asked if they could please clean the drink station. As the girl started walking away , I asked a second time and was ignored. Once I started speaking with the manager, the girl came out and said she was doing it.
Attitude of the servers as well as the manager was not at all good.
I will never be back here again.
Worst of the worst. They only care about the drive thru. Dont care about customers dine in or drivers picking up orders

Ever since this Taco bell came under new management I haven't had to wait as long as I used to. The service has gotten better. On top of all that I didn't need to wait over 30 minutes for my order. Will definitely be returning.

I eat here two or three times a week and it's almost always perfect. I pretty much only ever get the Cabana bowls, and there is some variability in quality, but even on a "bad" day they're pretty solid. Ground beef is the most consistent, but on a good day fajita steak is * chef's kiss *
