Why when I got my drink ts started decomposing my strawberries , and I asked for strawberry passionfruit they only gave strawberries AND SOME OF THE STRAWBERRIES WE ROTTING

Cant speak to a clerk to order. Use tablets. Food sizes half of what they use to be. Prices double. Looks like they are trying to be a starbuck labels on my soda cup. A third of waiting room has become a beverage bar.Terrible design, terrible implementation

Yes, I just came here and I ordered a couple things and the total was $12.51…. Pulling up to the driveway I handed the lady 20 Dollar bill and $.51 then she proceeds to give me the change back as if I only gave her a 20 and I said I gave you $20.51 …. Then she proceeds to look at me like hell just froze over. I knew it was too much to comprehend so I said never mind. Don’t worry about it and I just drove off…….

Done with Taco Bell. Food marginally prepared and prices ridiculous. Cena mexican restaurant across the street has better food for a better price. I recently compared a Cena meal to a comparable Taco Bell meal and the Taco Bell meal was more expensive and you can guess the quality difference. Other than speed of delivery, I can't see how these fast food places stay in business. No quiero Taco Bell.

Wondering if I am paying extra for the attitude, or is that free? I placed an order online. The app stated that pick up via drive-thru was unavailable. When we arrived, a sign on the door said the lobby was closed. My son went to see if we still needed to pick up inside and was told to go through the drive-thru. Okay, we get to the box and I tell the guy working I had a mobile order. He asked for my name, but couldn't find it. I guess the app abbreviated my first name and they couldn't figure that out (even though my last name was on the ticket). I get to the window and the guy tossed the food to me and slammed the window closed. Seriously? I will drive to the TB in Magnolia from now on because this one is terrible.

This taco in specific compared to the many other Taco Bell I had been to is by far one of the worst I have been to, I placed a mobile order with drinks and when I came they forgot to even give me my drinks. I had to swing back and get it. The last time I was here 3 weeks ago they did the same but I was in ordering in person and they still forgot the drinks. Overall this isn’t the kind of experience I was hoping for, the first time they forgot I let it slide, but can’t let it slide twice.

I was impressed with this store. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 chicken soft tacos with no lettuce and added pico. It was no problem, they repeated the order and had it correct. Drove up paid for it and stopped in the parking lot to eat them. The serving was great, wasn’t cheaped out like many locations. Tastes great ! Enough so, that I had to leave a good review. Too many places just don’t seem to care. But this one has got it right !
***Update*** I went inside recently because I wanted to sit down and eat. Apparently you have to order from a kiosk and that kiosk doesn’t seem to have everything I needed or a way to customize it.
I stood at the counter and NO ONE would help me. So I finally got someone’s attention and she was like , “well you have to use the order screen, we can’t take it at the counter “. She was clueless.
Taco Bell, if this is how you’re going to do business, bye-bye……
