Rude inconsiderate young woman, disrespectful to say the least. Giving a double bird flip off to another worker in front of everyone, she knew she was seen. The food was the worst, no flavor, tacos broken. Usually eat here but after this visit we’re done… had l shot the bird at a coworker on my jobs l would have been unemployed..

This is the 2nd time I have been to this Taco Bell and the 2nd time I have left without placing an order. Apparently, if you don't place the order yourself, you don't get helped. I did try, but found it confusing to order on this machine. Not only that, they have taken down the customer display, so you can't see what meals are offered, and the combos, etc. When someone finally came to the counter, she just looked at me and told me to go place my order. I explained to her that I had tried and became frustrated when some meal was added to my order accidentally. Sheesh, we just needed a couple of taco combos and some help with knowing what size drink goes with the combo. Nothing....we gotno help. This was on 7/2/25, around noontime. They were not packed on the inside, at all. I guess the only way to order now, for me, at Taco Bell, is to drive through and force them to take my order and then take my food inside to eat it. This is very disappointing. The good thing that happened, I got to eat at Rancho Grande instead.

The staff that was working today deserves some serious credit!!!! The lady in the back that made my quesadilla super fast because they forgot and the guy running in circles making sure everyone had what they needed. Thank yall for working hard!!!!!???

Employees left me waiting at the counter, four looked at me, and didnt even bother coming and taking my order, after I recieved my order they literally gave me a unwrapped burrito, I asked them to remake it, and they laughed at me like its normal serving a burrito unwrapped.

For some reason this location for the past couple years thinks they have a choice whether to make your order or not. Ever since Carmen the manager left they have a bad attitude here except maybe some of the younger workers some times. When they do decide to make your order it's a hit or miss. There's newer TB's in the area so I think I'll skip this one from now on

Horrible service! I know you don’t get fast food for the service but wow. Took almost 30 mins, left out a couple things, ignored us trying to ask for our stuff. You can only order on the computer screen if your inside and it never sent me receipt.
