Yes, I just came here and I ordered a couple things and the total was $12.51…. Pulling up to the driveway I handed the lady 20 Dollar bill and $.51 then she proceeds to give me the change back as if I only gave her a 20 and I said I gave you $20.51 …. Then she proceeds to look at me like hell just froze over. I knew it was too much to comprehend so I said never mind. Don’t worry about it and I just drove off…….

The staff that was working today deserves some serious credit!!!! The lady in the back that made my quesadilla super fast because they forgot and the guy running in circles making sure everyone had what they needed. Thank yall for working hard!!!!!???

Hey guys. Taco Bell is at the mild forefront of AI. If you go thru the drive-through, you get an AI voice.

However, my greatest warning is if you walk into the facility your are forced to order thru the kiosks. Seems odd, but ok. Here is the issue. If you order your food and wish to pay for cash, you will not be recognized by their order system. BTW, it happened to me and I witnessed it with another person in Tomball, TX.
