This is the slowest in motivated Taco Bell on earth. You are better driving a few miles down the road. It will be quicker in the long run. 25 minutes to get our order. Watched only 3 cars go through the drive through and we were the only ones inside.

This location is horrible: I have so far gone through four DoorDash to get my order and it won’t be here anytime soon. Their phone number does not work. It’s a fax machine. Clearly, the people giving it a positive review work there

It's a nice, pretty place, the food has a great flavor, its spicy sauces are everything, the truth is I would go back a thousand times more, I recommend it without a doubt, it's a good choice at meal time.

These guys work their butt off. I cant give it a 5 star because this Taco Bell is always busy. Things screw up and robots become robots. But if you custom an order it throws off a lot, which acm lead to missed items, literally the opposite of what you asked.
Its hard for a place this busy though. They do their best with the experience they have. Sometimes you get the random attitude, well expected though. I mean, who really goes to get treated like a king.
Concept, maybe turn Taco Bell into what Dick's Last Resort was. Just a dude on a microphone talking crap and giving suggestions to the drunk guy ordering. Just a thought!?

Ordered an online pick up when I left Bush airport a 30 min drive. When I arrived they had not started the order and refused to cancel it. Go somewhere else this place is the worst.

This Taco Bell should be avoided at all cost…not only did they give me burnt cinnamon twist but they laughed at the fact they gave it to me. I don’t know if you ever had burnt cinnamon twist but it taste horrible. I went back to get a refund and YES it seemed as if they knew they were burnt because when I came back they were laughing as if it was a joke. This upset me and I don’t even want them to remake my food! I got my money back and won’t never be back to a Taco Bell ever again Yes they have ruined it for all Taco Bell’s for me and cinnamon twist!!!! Avoid this location
Took over an hour for me and my friends food in different occasions cus they forgot our damn order. Fire these trash employees please!

I just tried calling it keeps going to busy I did a pretty big order tonight and I am missing my son's fries from his combo and my extra crispy taco from my combo. I spent a lot of money tonight and I can't afford to take my kid back out just to go and get the rest of our food so honestly I would love for somebody to get in contact with me possibly just make everything over because this is just ridiculous
