Service was 1 star. Drive thru cashier had me pull to the side with other late orders that were also waiting for their order. You cant fulfill these orders Taco Bell? What's the deal!?

Pulled up to the drive through at 11:30 and there was plastic cups trashed outside the pick up window I had to drive over. Paid for my order and was asked to pull up to the front of the curb. Got my food and took it home (I live at the next red-light from taco bell)....all 3 of my items were cold and needed heating, and my quesadilla wasn't even cut. I've HATED the AI ordering thing, so uve avoided TB for that reason....but tonight, that's all that went right! I've given this location so many chances bc it's the only thing open on my way home....but it's worth it to go 2 lights up to the Whataburger and get good food, real ppl taking your order and good service. Don't trying with this location.

Such a shame as I honestly love Taco Bell. But due to the window service, I won’t be back to this one. Since this new AI technology they are employing can’t seem to get an order right, I drove up to the window to place my order. I honked 3 times and knocked twice before someone finally came. I was then lectured and scolded about how that wasn’t necessary to which I replied well after 3 honks and a knock and nobody coming up here I had to bang a little harder apparently. I was still told I don’t have to do that. Well again ma’am, if someone were actually at the window or your AI did what it was supposed to, I wouldn’t have had to now would I?

Taco Bell, improve your AI and find some employees that understand customer service.

I love taco bell but this location is awful. The food is always old and not edible. The potatoes are so old and crusty. A waste of $3 and I'm still hungry

The staff were rude, they only gave 3 sauce packets for 2 tacos and the window lady acted annoyed when we said she gave us the wrong drink. On top of that only a teaspoon of sour cream was in each taco with hardly any meat in them as well.

Had to wait 25 minutes for 6 hard tacos and 3 soft. So many people waiting and finally walked in to get my money back and it was ready. Heavier set lady in the back (which may have actually been the manager!😳) i heard say..was she actually timing us?! I said no..but after waiting so long I looked at the time stamp on my receipt! Had another lady tell me she had waited 48 minutes and literally had cars after and I'm guessing some door dashers..waiting FOREVER. 4 employees, food was cold and they all seemed to be on drugs and no care in the world. Honestly, needs to be inspected by health department because looked pretty bad when I walked in.

I told the lady at the register that they forgot to add my Mexican pizza to the order. She then began to roll her eyes and say I didn’t and I asked them to make one since it wasn’t in my bag. Once I had gotten home I was greeted with this crap. Time stamp is 12/30/24 11:30 pm. Hopefully someone gets in trouble for this crap.

They take the fast out of “Fast” food.
We waited 45 minutes inside for mediocre food. 4 staff members walked around like confused zombies.
People in the drive thru were coming inside the store to complain.

This place is awful - save yourself and don’t go here! The service is terrible and takes forever. There was a room of unhappy people waiting their food and they keep taking orders through the drive through.

My son picked up an order today around 2:30 PM. The order was wrong, he took it back, they took the food, said they were closed and didn't refund his money. WTAF Taco Bell? Really? Why did you close at 2:30 PM on Sunday and why are you stealing my son's my money?? I cannot believe how bad this location is!

Food was good as usual. However I ordered my food through their kiosk and paid for it there as well then sat down to wait for my meal to come. 20 or so minutes later my food never came. So I walked up to the counter looked in the back and no one was making any food and the only person I saw was going under the counter for something. I politely asked if anybody was making food at the moment or what and they said "oh did you already pay for your meal?" I said yes confused as they should already know this they have computers that should tell them when the meal is paid for. They asked for my name saw it on the screen and then said oh we'll have somebody make that right up for you. What the hell? I have never been to a restaurant where they did not make the meal as soon as you ordered it and this is why I don't like the kiosks because they don't seem to understand to check the screens and see if somebody's made an order or not the staff was very accommodating and very friendly once they realized that I hadn't gotten my meal but this never should have happened in the first place.
