HORRIBLE!!! Asked how much longer after 45 of waiting on 2 kids meals and they came back and said the manager was going to start the food and it would only take 4 min! Girl BYE! We will never go here again!!!! And if your on your lunch break I would suggest chili’s!!! Way faster and better service!!!!

Stopped by for crawfish and sat outside. Food was okay but horrible customer service. Was seated quickly but food took a while to come out and waitress did not check in often and was not very friendly. After about 10 minutes into our dinner we were brought our check and asked to pay because her shift was ending and wanted to close out our ticket. I gave my card and not even 5 minutes later was asked to sign so she could take it. Mind you we ordered crawfish and I was not even halfway done with my food so dirty hands and all had to go wash my hands so that I could come back to sign since we were being so rushed. Horrible experience. No thank you nothing. We were planning on ordering another plate to go and another side for my son but were rushed out. Their sign says they close at 10 so not sure why we were made to close out halfway into our dinner. Will not be returning.

The customer services was not good. The restrooms were unbelievable nasty and we were put on the patio knowing that the heat was broken and it was 55 degrees.I don't leave reviews but this one is necessary.

The service was trouble.The restroom nasty, paper towels all over the women floor, the toilet was clogged and the sink had crawfish in it.They had us outside without heat. The weather was 47 and the management wasn't on site. They lied and told my son it's would be working, but finally one of the serve told us it's broken.The ladies restroom was out of order forover a week.PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME STOPPING BY!!!!Ps they also call the Police Department on us. ????Management was so very Rude!!!!

We have been to Tads three times since moving to the area. The first time was a nice quiet place which we enjoyed the appetizers and drinks. Second time visiting we ordered gumbo and got nothing but broth for two large gumbos. But last night, just shaking my head.Arrived at 8:30 and noticed the patio area was full of plates, dishes as if a large party was in the patio. Go inside and same thing with only three patrons sitting down. Waitress comes out and immediately ask us what did we want to eat because they got busy and closed the kitchen. How do you close the kitchen and you don’t close for another hour and half? What can we eat besides a salad? Want be going back.

My wife and I ordered Tads through Grub Hub. It took so long for Tads to prepare our food that the delivery driver left. I live literally 5 minutes from Tads, and an hour and a half later, still no food and finally had to just cancel my order.. Called Tads, and the girl who finally answered the phone after calling 4 times tells me they're busy and has no idea when I woukd get my order....not Grub Hubs fault, driver was there and waiting for my order. Every single time we either go to Tads, or order take out from Tads, they are ridiculously slow, and honestly, just really poor service. No complaints about the food, it's good, but customer service is terrible.

Service was very slow, waited close to an hour for my food which was grilled shrimp, a bowl of gumbo, and a salad (should have a least gotten the salad) so you could have something to eat while you wait but that didn't happen very disappointing! Gumbo was great and the shrimp were okay!

Came here for the first time on 12/5/21.Service was great, food was great, margarita was great… and they take care of their Veterans/First Responders with a discount.You can’t beat a place that has all the above. Will be patronizing this place many more times down the road.

Food was great! Loved the catfish and crawfish bisque. The service was not the best. If you are serving drinks, the bartender ahould know how it make them! I know great service is difficult to come by right now but people should at least try. I gave them 3 stars because the food was really good. Need to work on the service!
