Food took exactly 56 min to come from the we ordered. Asked for the steak to be well and no pink in the middle. It was bleeding when I cut It open. 2 sides came with my meal and I only received one. Had to remind the server that I was missing a side. First time here and won’t be back. I’ll advise everyone I know not to visit as well

Really loud inside. Hard to have a semi-private conversation because everyone needs to speak loudly to overcome the noise.
The steaks are mediocre, a bit dry (even when cooked rare) and lack flavor.

Delicious prime rib! Nice hot bread with butter!! Yes please!LOL
My next visit we had the 16oz boneless ribeye. This steak was so flavorful and juicy was cooked to perfection paired with a baked potato with cheese butter and sour cream. With some extremely hot dinner rolls. The Best steak ever and I didn’t have to break the bank. !!!!! Yummmmy!!

Went out with family & friends. I had bone in ribeye, which they overcooked but quickly resolved the issue. The staff & management were all wonderful. Had a fun night out.

Update 01/2026: It's been a while since I've been to this location, but going back today was a real disappointment.
First off, the #1 thing I was looking forward to was the bread, as was my whole table, but instead the entire restaurant was cut back to 1 rock hard roll a piece. Legit, the ones they have in the frozen section at your local grocery store are better.
Then we find that the peanuts? We got none. Nor were we ever offered any. Guess I missed when they took that away too.
And while my steak was cooked well internally, I don't think the chef ever heard of a seasoning other than salt. Outside edge wasn't seared, it was charred to a crisp.
I get why the blooming onion or whatever it's called now is greasy, it's fried. But the rest of the grease could've been left in the fryer. And then how in the world do you also manage to make mashed potatoes crunchy AND greasy?
Our server was polite and attentive, and while I didn't catch her name, she was the only positive part of this experience. Only giving a 3/5 for that though, because I repeatedly tried to flag down other servers when my toddler needed something, just for them to actively turn their heads away from me.
I have no idea why this place has fallen so far in quality, but I won't be back.
2018: Every single time I've been here, it was a delight. Their steak, ribs, and rolls are all amazing. The price is easily affordable too.

It's a great atmosphere, especially if you have loud kids. I would not take someone who doesn't like noise. Service is always great. The food I have purchased has been good and the rolls are super yummy!

My husband and I ate here New Year’s Day 2026! Great service by all the waitstaff tonight and Latifa our server was very remarkable. All food was great and we will be back. Brian Mitchell the manager was great and deserves a shout out for being attentive about our feedback!

I am uncertain how that review was posted, as my experience at this Texas Roadhouse was far from satisfactory. While our waitress was exceptional, I ordered an 8-ounce sirloin with a loaded sweet potato and fries. Upon receiving my steak, I discovered a hair on it, and the sweet potato toppings were not even melted onto the meat. The restaurant promptly removed the steak and returned the sweet potato. However, I did not receive my steak until after my entire family had finished eating and we were ready to depart. The restaurant did not offer any form of discount or compensation for the inconvenience. A manager brought out the steak, but their response was minimal. As an Ohio native, I am accustomed to the quality of Texas Roadhouse restaurants, but this one fell short of expectations. Despite the exceptional service provided by our waitress, my overall experience was disappointing. The manager brought out the steak, but their response was minimal. Service is good. They sat us in a booth that had a dimly lit bulb. So it was hard ro read the menu and eat. Beer was warm. Bread was excellent. All of our steaks were overcooked and lacked flavor. We told them and they offered to cook more steak. We didn't want to wait. They did not offer anything else like discount off bill. Sad to see this place in such conditions. It use to be 5 stars.

They don't know how to make prime rib at all. I asked for it to be medium well. The first time I got it to the table it was bright pink color looked like it was medium rare. Asked for them to put it on a tad bit more because it looked like it wasn't made correctly they came back with it being completely over cooked it was 1 step away from well well done. All I tasted was char. Not a fan. This is my 4th time getting prime rib at all Texas roadhouses they seem to be struggling with prime ribs. Never getting that again
