First time to eat from this place, ordered 60 bucks worth of food, ribs, Brisket and chicken.Two of the tiniest pieces of a rib I’ve ever seen it was also the end cut, which was so tough. Couldn’t even get a good bite out of it. ! Brisket was very, very dry and no flavor plus the barbecue sauce is the worst I’ve ever tried. My wife said the chicken was OK. I feel like since I was a to go order being delivered to my house. They just threw the scraps in the box.I usually always get my ribs from spring Creek barbecue which are always absolutely delicious .If they were to place that in front of me at their tables in their restaurants, I would absolutely send it back !I absolutely will never ever order from this place again and will tell everyone else that I know please do not waste your money at this so-called barbecue joint!!
Stopped on my way home to get 2# of Brisket to take with me on a trip. Asked the young lady who waited on me if they could wrap it good. 1 piece of foil. The meat was very fatty and irregularly cut. Some pieces were an inch thick and others were very thin. Took off 1/2 # of fat. Very disappointing. I won’t get any food from them again.

I highly recommend this restaurant. We contracted The Original Rib Tickler to Cater my daughters wedding on March 10th and we were so grateful that we did. The owner, Catherine was amazing to work with from the initial emails, and then our first meeting with her that included an amazing tasting. I think we literally had tried everything they make. We chose 3 meats and 3 sides, rolls & all the condiments for the wedding. The Paulo Potatoes, OMG, delicious. Everything was so good and we were blessed to have Catherine herself working with her team at our venue. 2 weeks later and I am still getting comments about how good the food was. I would absolutely hire them again and they now have a life long customer to their restaurant as well. Thank you so much to Catherine and her Team. You made it so easy!!!.

We had the recent occasion to have The Original Rib Tickler cater our daughter's wedding. Following the dinner, numerous family members and quests approached us to tell us that it was the absolute best BBQ they have ever had. Some admitting that they were apprehensive prior to the dinner when they learned we were serving BBQ. We also have a family member who is a wedding coordinator in Georgia and she was blown away by the taste of everything. We selected the turkey, brisket, sausage, potato salad, mac and cheese and salad for our dinner. Kudos to Catherine (Owner) and her entire staff that helped make our day special.

Food was great not the best but the best in tomball I can say. The team at the original rib tickler has awesome service great attitude and it shows they care for the job. However if I could change one thing is how dim it is inside but everything was great. 8.2/10

I ordered takeout. It is TX so well known for barbecue. This is middle of the road. I ordered the 2 meat dinner brisket & sausage. What I liked, meat was tender. What I didn’t like, what first seemed to be good portion was actually tiny. My cuts of brisket that I received were all 70% fat, 30% beef. Even with my reduced appetite Because of chemotherapy it wasn’t enough for me. I know this would definitely not be enough for any Men that I know. I won’t be returning, nor ordering from there again. Choices for barbecue In the Houston metro area are too vast for me to spend money And get a plate full of fat
