Having been away for a few years, we revisited this lovely cafe/restaurant. It is as wonderful as ever. The food is excellent - fresh and tasty, the service is friendly welcoming and attentive.

Over the years I’ve developed sensitivities to processed foods and find that most restaurants are “off the menu” for me. In my travels abroad to Italy and Spain, I can eat almost any food I want. This place checks a big box for me in that I can eat here without adverse effects.

That said, in this restaurant, I have eaten everything on the menu. The flavors are earthy, herbal, fresh, light, and well balanced. If you’re expecting big bold American food intensity, this may not be your jam. If you want healthy options that fill you up but never let you down, then visit The Wheel. I was not surprised to find the chef had traveled and studied abroad in her culinary career. The flavors remind me of my fondest vacations. The food does not cause any reactions at all for me.

The wait staff are all incredibly kind. We love going there and talking with Giulia or Michael.

The food is real and made fresh, so don’t expect immediate turnarounds when tables are full. The price is very reasonable for farm to table food. Since quality and price exceed the norm, have a little patience on timing and you’ll be rewarded.

There is a lot of outdoor seating so it’s best enjoyed on good weather days, but there is some indoor space for those days when it’s less than ideal. Just keep in mind it’s limited in that regard.

Our kids love playing outdoors, running the field, and playing with the many balls out there for their enjoyment.

My husband and I have taken our kids here a couple of times, and it has been FANTASTIC every time. The service is impeccable, the food is outstanding, and the vibe is amazing. There’s a huge field where the kids can run around and play. The bakery whips up some of the BEST muffins I’ve ever had. Recently, their phones were down when I tried to place a pick up order, so they texted me back and we were able to get exactly what we needed. I cannot recommend this hidden gem enough!!!

The food was exceptionally good. The whole app based ordering/menu thing was confusing and I think they should explain it better to new people. However, all is forgiven because the food came out quick and was amazing. Coffee was great too. Will be back

This spot was buzzing when we went a couple of Sundays ago! They were quick to seat us & offered inside or outside seating on their beautiful property! Though the menu did not have gluten free marked on the menu, the staff were very knowledgeable & it was easy for me to select what to eat & also have a surprise chocolate gluten free muffin! Also enjoyed the hibiscus iced tea as well! Will definitely return to try other options out !

Wonderful place for a relaxed meal. They have a decent kids menu and a beautiful green field for the kids to run around in. The food is very good.
