The hospitality and the food was so good. The flavor profile was on point. If your looks for wings this isn’t the place, but if you want quality chicken this is the place. They are doing hot chicken right and I recommend everyone to try them.
Idk what kind of batter they use but the tenders are so crunchy, sweet and have a kick (depending on what flavor you get lol) and there not dry at all. I 10/10. Recommend this place and they made the best tenders I’ve ever eaten.
I encountered this food truck while it was parked at Misfit Outpost Brewery, and it really brings the heat with its Nashville Hot Chicken. I got the two-tender basket with one at Next Level (their 3rd hottest) and one at Full Send (their 2nd hottest). This was some very tasty chicken, and I would put the Next Level above Hot on my scale, headed toward Fiery. The Full Send is beyond Fiery, but not too close to Insane. That one definitely set my mouth on fire, but I made it through...
