The young people who work here are clearly underpaid and treated poorly.
If there were another place, I would not bring my money here.
It is definitely something you can do every now and then but not very often based on the pricing.

That is insane. The people who own this place are greedy jerks I’m sure.
Tempting to buy the machines and open a competing place in Tomball that can be 49% employee owned.

Yogurt is fine. But oh my goodness what a dirty place! The bathroom, the entrance door, the floor, I mean is so dirty, I hope they are clean in the back of the place because if not, we might be eating gross yogurt.

This place is a nasty mess. Also, this is the second time I’ve gone during normal business hours because it is the only dessert place close to my house. The doors are locked The employee is setting inside, literally knock on the door, The employee staring at me, Pick their phone back up and ignore me! Two times now, at totally different times of the day!! This is very unprofessional. How can a business like to stay open? It is also incredibly under kept, nasty inside and out! Do not give your place to business If you can actually get in the door!!!

Showed up last night because it says everywhere online they close at 9:30. Legitimately the only place with desserts left open on Sunday. Drove 45 minutes out of my way from Magnolia to this Location. Pull up to the location. All the lights were on the sign was still on. The employee was inside, but all the doors were locked. Knocked on the door made contact with Employee left the door locked. It was 9 PM. Still 30 minutes They are still supposed to be open. Employee would not open the door totally ignored me like me and my partner were not there. This is horribly unprofessional. I can’t believe I went So far out-of-the-way to be treated so poorly. This location should be closed down immediately Or Employee fired!!!!! This Is not how you treat customers…..

Dirty. Lots of little ants crawling along the counter. Bathrooms are filthy. Mango sorbet tasted as though it was fermenting. All the trays look like they needed cleaning
Drove here for 20 minutes, got here at 9:28, and told me they were already closed. It says you closed at 10 pm, not 9:30 … wow though I told the lady I drove 20 minutes she didn’t care and didn’t give me customer service, horrible!
