Food is delicious, generous portions, flavorful sides and meats! It’s all very reasonably priced in my opinion. The workers are also very nice and welcoming when we’ve come to pickup our food. Highly recommend this place!! You won’t regret it!

The brisket melted in my mouth, the sausage was delicious, and the rib was very good. The sauce and sides were very tasty. Big time thumbs up on the food, the atmosphere was nothing special. If you want delicious barbeque you will find it here. Quick service so my guess this would be excellent for lunch.

Everything about this place is fantastic. The people are wonderful. The food is so delicious. I am so glad I live close enough to come by whenever I want. The brisket sandwich should be the first thing you try, but boy do I love the Texas Fries.

This is a small local business. The lunch menu is a good value. I had the pulled pork sandwich with an unsweetened ice tea(it was a large generous Styrofoam cup with lid) for just under $11 total. My sandwich was tasty but lukewarm.

Was craving bbq and ended up at Uncle’s for dinner. The restaurant is located at Kuykendahl and Dowdell in a gas station complex. We were welcomed on entry; the place was empty and clean - food and drinks are to be ordered at the cash register counter. Ordered Two Meat Plate (Brisket and Jalapeño Sausage, with Okra and Elote - street corn), Half Baked Potato (with Jalapeño Sausage, Elote, and Okra), and Birria Tacos (with Elote). Food arrived promptly and tasted fantastic! Tender, well-smoked Brisket, mildly spicy Sausage, crispy-soft Tacos with tender Pulled Pork, and flavorful Baked Potato with the usual toppings. Okra and Elote too were great, as were the spicy Salsa and BBQ Sauces. The only downside was the to-go plastic ware that served as our main cutlery and styrofoam drinks cups. A bit casual for a sit-down restaurant. The meal set us back $70, including tax and tip. Not cheap, especially given the bare bones service items, but the food was well worth it! We plan to return.

Great flavor on the brisket. It’s been tender every time and the fried orca is awesome.

I was not happy with the empanadas. The photo they have on the website and on Door Dash makes them look soft and easy to eat but these are very overdone and really hard to eat. They taste good but I can't hurt my teeth and cut up the roof of my mouth like this. If I had known they were this well done, I would have ordered something different. It's false advertising.

**Update**
Owner called and said it was impossible to receive the amount of food that we did and my scale must be wrong. Poor customer service.

The food is delicious! However the Texas Trinity advertises 1/4 lb sausage, 1/4 lb of brisket and 1 rib. This is what we received. I will not be returning.

Uncle’s Barbecue has a unique Mexican twist and is tucked next to a quick store along the roadside. My wife and I stopped by on a Saturday after reading some good reviews. We shared a single plate that included beef ribs and moist brisket, along with charro beans and coleslaw. The ribs were just okay—they did fall off the bone, but were a bit dry and had quite a bit of gristle. The brisket, on the other hand, was very moist and flavorful. The sides were decent, and it came with two warm flour tortillas. Overall, not bad, but not quite the standout we were hoping for.
