Our turkey is brine for 1 day and smoke for 5 hrs at 220 degree
1/2 lb smoke carnitas
1/2 lb carne al pastor
slow cook beef marinade with huajillo peppers
whole brisket
about 6lb of meat
1 Lb brisket
Slow smoke brisket
1/2 lb Fajita arrachera
1/2 lb birria

Mains
Frito pie
Loaded frito pie cheese bacon sour cream jalapenos and chives and pull pork
Baked Potato
Fully stuff with cheese, bacon sour cream, chives, and butter. Pick your protein (2 choices).
Texas Fries
Chile con queso, bacon, chives, and jalapenos. Pick your protein (2 choices).

3 Smoke stuff jalapeños with brisket, Monterey cheese and cream creese

fully stuff potato with carne al pastor, chile con queso, onions and cilantro.
6 smoke wing
6 wings brine for 2 nights and smoke for 1 hour fried for 3 min to give the crispy texture

The stuffed peppers a 9/10 they are good truly only reason it’s not a 10 is because it needs to be cooked longer it felt like a bell pepper crunch softened them up & the reason they get a 4/5 is because of the ribs ! The ribs a 8.5/10 it’s TOO MUCH black pepper kinders sweet golden bbq saved it .

This is the best BBq spot and a family favorite. Awesome food with friendly service. The sides are fabulous. The meat plates, potatoes and sides are all awesome. Tacos and street tacos are tasty. They have enough variety to keep it interesting. Just had the Philly sandwich and that was excellent too. You’ve got to try this place!

Food is delicious, generous portions, flavorful sides and meats! It’s all very reasonably priced in my opinion. The workers are also very nice and welcoming when we’ve come to pickup our food. Highly recommend this place!! You won’t regret it!
