The design of the drive thru is terrible engineering. If you get stuck in the outside lane of drive thru - you lose 15 minutes of time. This design does not allow for adequate timely service or even circling around to go inside.

They usually provide good service. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience today. I placed my order, and they served many people who arrived after me. I asked if my food would be ready soon, and they didn't remember my order. I waited another 5 minutes, and still nothing. I had to ask for a refund. Please be more careful with your service. I was very hungry today, and you let me down.

This location gets my order wrong all the time.How hard is it to.take an order correctly?Ive also been told more than once that they are not taking orders right now.Youre either open 24 hours or youre not The food is hit or miss sometimes it's hot and fresh and sometimes it's cold and tastes like its been sitting for a while.I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes the other night it wasn't very busy and they got my order wrong.Overall ,⭐⭐ rating.Speed and consistency are the key.
