IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR REVIEW I WOULD ! THERE IS NO WAY POSSIBLE THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON IN THE WHOLE RESTURANT AS A CUSTOMER ( WHICH IS ME) AND YOU GUYS TAKE 40 MINUTES TO MAKE A 10 PIECE BONELESS WING COMBO!!! IT WAS COLD !!! I recently visited the wingstop on FM 2920 in Tomball, Texas. I did not receive my food as I asked for refund due to a long wait time, incorrect orders being given out, the manager that was on shift (Blake) touched his nose and was bagging peoples orders without any gloves, one of the workers were also touching people’s food without any gloves on and touching his pants, and the employee we’re re-dipping people’s wings and changing the sauce. I spoke with Mr. Blake about that being unsanitary but he resulted in being combative and argumentative. He expressed he would “crash out”.

Law enforcement was involved so Mr. Blake placed me on the list of not being able to order from the establishment for 6 months. After numerous of times of asking Mr. Blake not to speak to me until law enforcement arrived. He proceeded to speak to me and about me with other customers.

I did not the experience and i’m almost sure other customers did not as well. A few customers waited an hour to two hours on their food.

Im still waiting on my food. 2 hrs later. They have hung up on me 2 times and now aren’t answering at all. Order from Buffalo Wild Wings. Don’t even waste your time or money. Rude. Update…order arrived 3 hours later and it was not correct. No drinks. Way to go guys!

Took them two hours and only after several calls to get our food delivered. Once food was delivered the items were incorrect and missing all the drinks. When we called to get a update on our food the employee hung up on us. Do not recommend.

The 4 people in front of me had to come back because stuff was missing from their orders... No surprise, food was missing from my order too. The food that they did cook got nice and cold waiting for the missing items. It was a Tuesday night, so it's not like they were slammed on a weekend or something. At this level, all the missing food was obviously intentional. They were just hoping people wouldn't notice the missing carry-out food until they got home.

Mediocre wingstop location. The food is good, but every time we have visited, there is a new problem. Sometimes they're out of my favorite flavor, sometimes the wait is over an hour (isn't this a fast food joint?), sometimes they mess up the order. Today they didn't give us the ranch we paid for in our carryout. Just a new problem every time.

If I could give this place a negative star rating i would. This is the second time I've placed an order on the app for pickup and had to wait OVER 30 MINUTES for it. I understand that things get busy, I have worked at several fast food places. I get it. But 20 people walked in and grabbed their orders while mine sat on the counter, ignored. I waited for an hour this time, and never again. I love wingstop, but this location absolutely SUCKS. No customer service ethic AT ALL. I literally had to remind them TWICE that my order was still there. Don't go here. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.

Placed an online order with order time being 20 minutes, an hour later still no food. They hadn’t even started on the order. Canceled and went to a different location. Drink machine was out of ice and they would not refill, place was beyond dirty and staff kept taking their hats off and playing with their hair then making food without washing hands.

Let me express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the appalling customer service I received at the Wingstop location on 3/15/25 at approximately 11 pm.

From the moment I walked in, I was met with a lack of enthusiasm and energy from the staff. My order was taken, but it took an unacceptable amount of time to receive my food. I waited for over 30 minutes, only to be handed a bag with cold fries and a lukewarm meal.

When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of concern. It was clear that the staff was not interested in providing good customer service or ensuring that customers received their food in a timely manner.

I am extremely disappointed in the level of service I received, and I believe that the entire staff at this location should be fired immediately. It is clear that they are not capable of providing the level of service that Wingstop customers expect and deserve.

I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take immediate action to address the issues I experienced. I will not be returning to this location, and I will be sharing my negative experience with friends, family, and online review platforms.

I still enjoy the food but it takes forever and there was an employee standing around on his phone hovering over the fryers instead of helping. Someone else told him to move to get me fries since he wasn't doing it. Ordered on the app and it said 21-26 minutes but it took an hour. I was waiting at the restaurant for an extra half an hour. No ice for drinks and no drink holders either. It's easier and faster to just go to a further location.

the food was great but the cashier was snappy, the place smelled like a wet mop, the floor was very slippery, the table was very sticky, and to top it off while me and my friend were eating a worker asked US to move so another worker could charge their laptop !! i know wingstop isn’t known for their customer service but cmon do better
