I didn’t even get food here bc all three employees working looked like they had not showered in a week. They also had super shitty attitudes about taking my order. Will not be returning.

When are things gonna stop going up higher and higher in price I mean come on. I remember not too long ago when they had $.25 wing night and now it’s supposed to be a deal when they have dollar wing night I mean what you can go to Walmart and get an entire rotisserie chicken for four bucks but I’m supposed to pay a dollar for a piece of chicken that is more bone than meat. My complaint is not with the company. It is with the entire industry. Everyone keeps raising up prices and yet nobody is raising our paychecks so we cannot afford to enjoy things anymore. Which is a shame because I really used to enjoy Wingstop a lot. I just can’t afford it now again not their fault, but it’d be nice if they could throw us a bone from time to time, pun fully intended. I know that’s a corporate decision, but if there’s anybody at this Wingstop, who can send a suggestion over to Corporate, this would be it. Please allow Wingstop to offer specials to local customers from time to time that is all.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Emmanuel, and I must say his customer service was outstanding. From the moment we started interacting, he was polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Emmanuel went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered thoroughly and that I felt completely satisfied with the service provided.
What impressed me most was his patience and professionalism. Even when I had multiple concerns, Emmanuel handled everything with a calm, friendly attitude, making me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only efficient but also takes the time to build a positive rapport.

I recently visited the wingstop on FM 2920 in Tomball, Texas. I did not receive my food as I asked for refund due to a long wait time, incorrect orders being given out, the manager that was on shift (Blake) touched his nose and was bagging peoples orders without any gloves, one of the workers were also touching people’s food without any gloves on and touching his pants, and the employee we’re re-dipping people’s wings and changing the sauce. I spoke with Mr. Blake about that being unsanitary but he resulted in being combative and argumentative. He expressed he would “crash out”.
Law enforcement was involved so Mr. Blake placed me on the list of not being able to order from the establishment for 6 months. After numerous of times of asking Mr. Blake not to speak to me until law enforcement arrived. He proceeded to speak to me and about me with other customers.
I did not the experience and i’m almost sure other customers did not as well. A few customers waited an hour to two hours on their food.
Wings were larger than average and very good.

Im still waiting on my food. 2 hrs later. They have hung up on me 2 times and now aren’t answering at all. Order from Buffalo Wild Wings. Don’t even waste your time or money. Rude. Update…order arrived 3 hours later and it was not correct. No drinks. Way to go guys!
Took them two hours and only after several calls to get our food delivered. Once food was delivered the items were incorrect and missing all the drinks. When we called to get a update on our food the employee hung up on us. Do not recommend.

The 4 people in front of me had to come back because stuff was missing from their orders... No surprise, food was missing from my order too. The food that they did cook got nice and cold waiting for the missing items. It was a Tuesday night, so it's not like they were slammed on a weekend or something. At this level, all the missing food was obviously intentional. They were just hoping people wouldn't notice the missing carry-out food until they got home.
