Horrible service. Took 45 minutes for our order and we were the ONLY ones in the restaurant. They said it was due to online orders but we saw maybe 1 person come in the entire 45 minutes to pick up an online order. Other online pick ups walked in and waited an additional 30 minutes for their order. Horrible all around.

20 wing Door Dash order. Nothing against Door Dash they did great.For sure, the worst chicken wings I've ever eaten. Small pieces, overcooked, dried up, greasy mess. Hopefully, it was just a bad night at the restaurant. I doubt that I'll try a second time.Years ago, their chicken was pretty good.Sorry... no photos. I threw most of the wings away before I decided to review.

I had the best experience at this location. Me and my friend came in at around 11 pm after work and we went in expecting not so good service since we went so late(which we were fine with). But the hospitality and the atmosphere of this specific location was so worthwhile. Every single employee gave off such joyful energy and hospitality, it genuinely felt like I was at home eating a home cooked meal. I could tell everyone in that place felt like a family. The gospel music they were playing in the background also added to the experience because dont even get me started on them wings. I'm telling you those were the best damn wings I've EVER had in my LIFE. I felt like I was meeting Jesus taking a but outta them wings. My friend and I edned up tipping the workers 10 dollars. I HIGHLY recommend going to this location. And give them workers a raise cause those wings were BUSS

Not a very clean place and the night crew is rude. When we arrived, we tried to park in the handicap, but the employee parked in the middle of in between two handicap parking blocking both of them. The employees in Wingstop lied and said he did not work there when we asked them he had on a Wingstop uniform and he said he just got off work. They are liars. Do Not Eat Here.

This location has come a long way! Latisa is who took care of us and she was the friendliest person I’ve ever dealt with at a Wong Stop location, I pray to god she is the manager and can instill that into her other employees. The food was out quick, the quality was top notch. That maple sriracha has got to stay! Best flavor.

This location always has a wait of 40 minutes to an hour or more. The person on the register is always looking unhappy disinterested or bothered by customers. I'm happy a new location is opening close b/c I miss my wings and because of the reasons listed I haven't been to Wingstop in a long while.

I'm not going to lie It was really busy and alot of the customers were mad. But as someone who works in the service industry I can understand the wait when 15+ people are ordering more than 40 wings. I do think there should have been a worker at the front asking about names for the orders etc. It could have definitely been more organized but the way customers were reacting towards the worked was not helpful at all. Anyways our food was still warm so all is well .

Placed an online delivery order and it was messed up pretty bad (like missing almost half the order). I called in and the manager asked if I couldn't just come and pick up the missing items. I said if I could have done that in the first place do you think I would pay delivery fees?He said he would give me credit for the order if I came in to order the next time.I just went in to order and there was no note about my issue, and when I tried to get them to replace the order they tried charging me for combos I didn't want and with a 'credit' it was going to cost only 4 dollars less than the original order. I said screw that, left, and wrote this review.The wings are good. The service sucks.

Honestly never seen such disrespect and disregard for customers until I walked into this place. Lady at the register has her headphones in while wearing a hoodie as a cape on her head and barely verbalizes anything to you. Only gestures with her eyes and lets your food sit on the shelf for 5min while she scrolls on her phone in front of you at the register instead of helping her coworkers handle a busy night. They got my order wrong TWICE. Not to mention the wings didn't even taste right. Never coming back because I know even if I want the food really bad it won't even be right. I blame it ALL on management- there's no excuse for this many poor reviews and no change. Just drive to Magnolia for the Wingstop over there-they've never failed me.
