“The wife and I came here after a long car ride back from out of town, and let me tell you. If you’ve never been here and like a little pick me up drink definitely ask for Sheena she made a cosmo that is no pun intended OUT OF THIS WORLD good! The service was prompt, police and attentive! “We really enjoyed our experience at Cafe Republic today! Laura, our server, was absolutely fantastic! My parents live in Virginia and when they come to visit us they always want to make sure we have time for breakfast or brunch at Cafe Republic! Laura went above and beyond with her kindness and excellent service today. We need more Laura’s in the world! “This restaurant has been my go-to brunch place for at least 2 years, the atmosphere is quaint, calm, with soft ambient sound and its homey decorations very easy to have a conversation and everything I've tried has been delicious. I never fail to clear my plate I will definitely come back every time I'm in town. I personally recommend the omlettes or skillets and the side of potatoes is especially good. The owners are very nice and care a lot about their customers, & as a regular they always ask me about whats new in life!
Overall 10/10 and as a local I would reccomend it over the other breakfast places in the area“

“Went there for the 1st time last Saturday. The service and the food were both excellent. Amber was on top of everything and was very knowledgable about the menu items. Husband had a ‘skillet’ breakfast and I had the granola/berry French toast. We left very little food and we didn’t need much to eat afterwards. The food was filling and kept us going until late afternoon. I recommend this restaurant and will be back! Highland Village Texas location“

“Excellent service from Don Juan, Juanita and the rest of the team. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is okay. Their customer service rocks and their food is amazing. My daughter is a big fan of their Very Berry French Toast. We always end up with a smile in our face and obviously would recommend this place to anyone in the area that hasn’t had a chance to try it. Excelente servicio de Don Juan, Juanita y el resto del equipo. Van más allá para asegurarse de que todo esté bien. Su servicio al cliente es genial y su comida es increíble.
