Have a seat and we'll bring it to you. No, that's not our job here. We'll just stand at the counter and yell out your table number. We pay for a service, you need to provide the service. If you hate your job that much, go do something else.
Can visibly see people standing around talking during peak time. Also some were going over to subway to chat up the other employees while customers waited to have there order taken for over 15min. Sad.
VERY VERY VERY SLOW SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION
I purchase $60 worth of food from this place while traveling in Texas. I was missing one quarter pounder and ended up waiting for 30 to 45 minutes to get that item. After contacting customer service, they told me that I had to have requested a refund in person. I told him the food was all soggy by the time we left and got home. I told the manager that I had asked to speak to him, and he avoided me and never came to speak to me. I almost just didn't get my Quarter Pounder and left it. It would have been cheaper than $60 of wasted food. He says his supervisor refused to refund me the meal since I could not return to the store. Going to the bank to stop payment seems the only option. Horrible customer service.

Worst location I've ever been to and as a truck driver that's a lot!
No one working a register and three out of four kiosks down to make sure there weren't alot of orders coming in..
No way to make my own drink.. they let yours sit and water down while they make your food,
No customer service girls behind the counter count be paid to care less, and if you ask for anything your met with a grunt or groan like you asked for the world..
Honestly I stop here for fuel and sleep alot but I will NEVER... EVER bother with this mcdonalds location ever again..
I feel that the staff was almost intentionally trying to make people feel like they aren't wanted and as someone who worked in the food industry before I understand bad days but this is just sad...
White older lady was very rude and racist. She told Hispanics that she wasn’t taking any orders. Then a white man went to the counter and she took his order. She refused to give me my food that I ordered online because she didn’t see the ticket number. I showed her receipt and still refused to make my order. She told my daughter to shut up. She was arguing with me. Very bad and ugly attitude. Manger finally came out and settled everything. Horrible experience
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. It is the worst McDonalds we have ever been to in our whole life! Dirty, messy, slow, and understaffed. Two of the four order kiosks were “out of order”. The woman taking manual orders was so busy she was getting everything wrong. Trash cans overflowing, people waiting everywhere for orders that seemed to have gotten completely lost. It took more than 20 minutes to get our food (which was delivered looking nothing at all like any ads), and that was after I spent 10 minutes at the counter trying to track it. Never again!
I'm a truck driver I visit McDonald's All Over America and this is by far the worst location there is pre-ordered my dinner off the app. stood at the counter for 30 minutes where they messed my order up 10 employees a manager that's not qualified to run a broom across the floor is trying to run this fast food restaurant. The owner of this location needs the clean house and hire adults that can and will do the work drivers save your time and money and stay as far away from this McDonald's as possible

Gone are the days when they cook a quarter pounder to order. The fries had a weird taste from the oil. Not fresh and hot, a little on the salty side. Customer service is really lacking at this store. The manager on duty wasn't even very friendly. The girl at the register was nice enough. We will not be back to this place. It has been a long while since we have been to a Mcdonalds and with as expensive as everything is it shouldn't be that hard to get HOT & FRESH FOOD. It only takes a rotten experience to lose business!
