Ordered on the kiosk and printer was out of paper so no receipt with a number. Noticed they would call the number of the order but nobody knew if it was theirs or not. Customers were playing a guessing game. Took 35 minutes to get my order for fast food and no apology was given. Employees had major attitudes.

The manager whose name is precious is The best she had to deal some rude customers and was great a handling them while some other managers are ready to argue customers she was friendly and listened to the rude customers cursing.

Corporate/Regional managers need to come to this location and train these employees, 30min wait for “fast food” is crazy…lobby full of upset customers and employees ignore them instead of dealing with them.

I order 4 steak egg and cheese McMuffins. 2 with extra steak and no eggs, and 2 with no onions, cause my fiance is highly allergic to onions. 2 with extra steak did not come with the extra steak and 3 of them had onions I toke them back with in 5 mins the manager said that there was no onions on the 2 with out onions but the funny thing is the one that had the onions. you could see plain as day had been removed but not all of it one piece of the onions was stuck down in the steak so now we are in the ER cause she had a reaction to the onions in my opinion is not worth your life to go back to this McDonald's I also have the steak sandwich that can be tested to see if it still has had the sauteed onions on it

The food was absolutely terrible and it was mushy and drowned and condiment’s and they messed up the order three times. We waited 25 minutes when there was no line then we didn’t even get our drinks for another 15 minutes. It was just a very bad experience definitely will not be going back there. We ended up not even eating it. We were scared. We were gonna get sick because of how nasty it looked

I went through the drive-thru ordered three big breakfasts and a sausage biscuit with cheese and they left out my sausage biscuit didn't know it until I was already on the highway my fault I should have checked but they should double-check their orders

There’s no customer service. They take a long time to handle me my breakfast. And to get the attention of someone to give me condiments. A lot of people waiting to order and to get their meal. You can listen to the conversation of the ladies and joking around. This place those not care for customers. Managers, if you see the store needs help. Get up and help your staff

Ordered from the app for table service. They let my food sit on the counter for 1/2 hour before I got mad and went to check. Told me they don’t have a table 127 really!! Could have apologized and got me fresh food but nope. Told me no table service here after I watched them bring food to a table.
