Got the pumpkin spice latte with pumpkin bread. OMG that pumpkin bread was to die for! Cute little coffee shop on my way to Abilene from Winters, nestled in Tuscola.. they always have good customer service and always make my drinks perfect. They definitely made a fan out of me 😁

Ordered a mocha frappe with whipped cream. Got a mocha frappe with cookie blended in. Didn’t notice it till I drove off and they most likely would e given me another. I say this because when they handed me my first order it had chocolate in it and I told them I ordered a frappe with whipped cream not chocolate. So the second one was not what I ordered either! I didn’t order a frappe with chopped up Oreo cookies…I told them specifically what I wanted and didn’t get it twice! And that’s why I didn’t go back the 3rd time! To resolve this problem they need to listen to what the customer wants!
Ok so the owner or manager is saying I got what I ordered? DID YOU READ MY REVIEW? The very first sentence says, “I ordered a Mocha Frappe with Whipped Cream!” Did it say I ordered a frappe with chocolate and chips? I didn’t know WTH was in it, I stand corrected it wasn’t cookies it was chopped up chips! You know what’s the funny thing about this is I didn’t talk to a person through a speaker. I pulled up to the front window and specifically told the girl what I wanted. The first order came back with chocolate in it and I had to give it back to her because that’s not what I ordered! then she gave me the other order and instead of tasting it before I drove off I got down the road, took a taste of it and said what is this crap in my mocha frappe? You state that most coffee shops put chocolate chips in their frappe’s? Really? I’ve driven all over the United States with my job and I’ve drank frappe’s at a lot of coffee shops in the last 15 years and I’ve never had chocolate chips ground up in my frappe’s? So I’m not sure where you’re getting your information from but PJ’s, Scooters, and Starbucks don’t put ground up chocolate chips in their mocha frappe’s. The best thing you could’ve done to respond to my review is just say I’m sorry next time you come through we’ll make it right by giving you a free Frappe made according to what you ordered, instead of making excuses! Very unprofessional! And one more thing if she got my order, right why did I have to give it back and get another one made? I’ll tell you why cause she didn’t give me what I ordered. Went out of the way to stop here for a sausage sandwich again... Theyre out. It was 9 AM. This has been the case over 3 visits in about 6 months and its the only thing I come in for. If you're out that consistently, maybe up production? Offer a bacon/egg biscuit?? Something! I won't be wasting any more time on the place. I don't care for their coffee.

I had the lunch deal. A turkey and avocado sandwich with an unsweetened tea and a HUGE chocolate chip cookie for $10. The sandwich had the most soft and delicious bread! The avocado on the sandwich was fresh, and they were not stingy with it. The cookie was so big I broke a piece off to taste it but had to bring it home. It was very flavorful! It was not too soft or hard it was perfect and not crumbly. The tea was freshly brewed and very good. I loved the atmosphere. Not too busy inside though I saw the drive thru was pretty steady. The barista who took our order was very patient with us while we asked questions about the menu. He was very kind and friendly. The barista who got us our refill was also very kind and helpful!
My wife and I are treated like family! The quality of the food is outstanding! Friendly staff and the owner cares you receive first class service!

My favorite place to have coffee. They even offer sugar free caramel syrup for coffee and my husband enjoys it very much. It’s a clean place with outstanding customer service. They make delicious burritos for breakfast with homemade tortillas; they are delicious! I also like their breakfast on the bun and their cinnamon rolls are the best ?
Dietary restrictions: They offer sugar free alternatives that other coffee shops don’t have.
Kid-friendliness: We took our grandchildren there and they loved it!
This was my first time coming here. I live in Abilene, but only heard good things about the Branch. I decided I would drive out today and give it a try. I will tell you that when I walked in, I immediately became envious of the shop itself. It is so clean and quaint, and is the perfect example of what a coffee shop should be. There is plenty of seating, both inside and outside, they have a selection of games, no music blaring, so the atmosphere is perfect for studying, casual meetings for morning coffee, and for families. When I walked in, I wasn’t sure what I was going to order. I had already looked at some photos that had been posted online and on yelp. Before I ordered my drink, I was instantly drawn to the food case where they had several items on display. The breakfast on a bun is huge! They had gluten-free brownies that looked awesome. There were other items that looked equally as good. However, today I decided to go with one of the two quiche options. The one I chose had bell pepper, and some other ingredients. It was delicious.
For the drink, I decided to go with a hot pumpkin spice latte. It did not disappoint. I am a coffee enthusiast, and I also love to eat good food, so trust me when I tell you, it is worth the stop. There isn’t a place in Abilene that even comes close to the quality of drinks and food that the branch coffeehouse has to offer.
Let me add that the portion size for the amount of money you spend at the branch gives you way more bang for your buck compared to anywhere else. The quiche filled up the small sized to-go container and it only cost me $4.00; My norm for the last year has been an order of roasted red pepper egg bites (which are tasty but not even comparable to the quiche I just ate from the Branch, in terms of deliciousness) from Starbucks and they are more expensive for a lot less food.
The only negative thing I have to say, is that I regret not ordering an extra slice of quiche! But that is my fault, lol.
The service here is amazing as I was greeted by “good morning” and smiles. Staff is helpful if you need suggestions, and they are extremely friendly.
Something to point out is that this place actually serves lunch as well. They have a meal deal for $10 that is unbeatable in price. I am going to have to go back and order this.
Additionally, make sure you try their chicken salad. I heard that it is so good, you’ll want to “slap yo mama!” ?

Coffee is good! But the FOOD IS WHERE ITS AT! Chicken salad…better than hickory street or life of pie. Cinnamon rolls…better than Cinnabon. Breakfast on a bun…best on the go breakfast I have found! Kind staff and nice atmosphere, especially for a small town coffee shop! A true gem anytime we can work a stop into our plans on a trip.
