My sister bought Crane’s for the first time for my birthday meal. It was OUTSTANDING! Brisket,ribs and sides were all delicious.

I'm a brisket snob, I'm picky. This chopped brisket, it's perfectly seasoned and smoked. There isn't too much smoke that it overpowers the other flavors. It's not dry and it's not too oily. It's tender enough that it will melt in your mouth but it's firm enough it holds together. It has a nice smoke ring on the brisket. It's definitely a brisket you do not even need a sauce on it, and definitely don't need to rely on sauce for the flavor. Good job.
