I'm a brisket snob, I'm picky. This chopped brisket, it's perfectly seasoned and smoked. There isn't too much smoke that it overpowers the other flavors. It's not dry and it's not too oily. I ordered online and it was ready when I arrived. Everything was exceptional. The brisket was so moist and tender. I loved the corn and pineapple casserole too!
