“This review started as a complaint. I will be honest, I had some issues with my food - mainly with the fries being cold, soggy, and unseasoned. What saved this review though, was the staff. Not only were the kids behind the counter super kind and helpful, the owner responded promptly and personally to my complaints. He was incredibly kind and generous, and I can tell he cares a lot about quality standards and customer feedback. He really wanted to make things right for me, and I deeply appreciate that. While the food didn't knock my socks off, the customer service certainly did!“

“The burgers are pretty good. I always get the half and half rings and fries. Best onion rings in town in my opinion. Sometimes the person taking the order seems a bit impatient but they were probably just having to deal with folks like me all day. It's a really nice place with lots of options.“

“Went there after a very long day at work because I didn't feel like cooking. Used a coupon and ordered our food. The woman at the window was so nice. “Love the "Welcome to Firehouse" greetings when you walk in. Prices has went up (what hasn't) but still a great value for the amount of food and meat on the sandwiches. I'd recommend doing the survey since you can get a free drink on the next visit to save!“

“Pretty sure this isn't a chain resturant? Driving thru the area and needed a quick cheap dinner and found this hole in the wall! Place was clean, and the food was really good. Expecting it to be a little cheaper (but guess Bidenomics has messed that up?) but all in all, we thought it was a very good place to eat, and would/will be back for round 2 when back in the area.“

“A real Reuben has thin, crispy, hot rye bread. That is too much to expect for fast food, so my sandwich was quite tasty, and I thoroughly enjoyed it anyway. I like Arby's curly fries dipped in their pepper sauce. I haven't been to Arby's in a long time, but this visit has me wanting to go back for more.“

“I'm gonna go ahead and give this place 4 stars-The service was absolutely outstanding! The drive-thru speaker box woman was super polite and friendly, as well as the woman at the window. So, service gets 5 stars.The food itself, gets 3 stars- while the food did have a very appetising and appealing appearance, whilst being very tasty, I couldn't help but being constantly and bitterly reminded of a woman I once dated, as she too, was once very appealing and tasty, the buns seemed a little small for all the meat, and the sauce was a tad bit on the tangy side.With that being said, 4 stars- a happy medium between the service and food.“

“It's a nice fast casual restaurant. It's great tasting pasta. My only issue was I found the chicken to be Salty, it really doesn't need to be salty because it's being mixed with cheese, seems to be an Abilene trend lol, I don't know if they brine the chicken lol. So if you got high blood pressure becareul of the chicken, I didn't eat all my chicken pieces. The meatballs were perfect, and again, the pasta was really good. I had the baked ziti, pesto, and the flavor was amazing. The breadsticks were ok, again a little salty and a little oily deff not the ehm ehm other famous store kind. The cheesecake was amazing. the service was great if you're dining in, they bring it to the table, but you have to order at the counter. Staff was friendly and patient. All in all, I liked the food, and the prices were great. I just think a little less salt on the chicken, and it would have been perfect. But deff give them a try.“

“So, I stopped in here for lunch and struck gold! It wasn't too busy, so I grabbed a seat at the bar and ordered. The bartender, Liz, was amazingly fun! I also had an unexpected great time chatting with two older gentlemen who were having lunch at the bar as well.Unfortunately, I didn't get many pictures.“

“I went to try the Jalapeño Ranch Chicken Wrap. I was surprised when I saw it because it was basically Chicken Salad with Jalapeño flavor. I expected fresh, sliced chicken with maybe chopped fresh or canned jalapeños .The Jalapeño flavor was bold from the very first bite. The flavor was great and there was plenty of it. They put crispy Jalapeño bits in there and I added bacon to mine. It all paired well with the fresh tomato and thinly sliced onions, so this instantly became a favorite for me. Also, the tortilla is a nice contrast to the thicker bread on the sandwich.I took off a star because of the price. I’m not complaining, to be clear, I do not mind paying good money for good food, and this is certainly good. However, when you look at the overall price to product ratio, for almost 19.00 your getting a wrap with drink and chips. If the wrap was oversized, ok Lots more chicken would maybe substantiate the price. In fairness, I added bacon which drove up the price a little.Overall, I’ll definitely be back for this meal. Not disappointed in any way, and the wife loved it too!“
