We went here for the first time the other night and it was wonderful. We came in at a very busy time so they said there’d be a 20 minute wait (which we were fine with), they sat us in 5 minutes. The atmosphere was great. Good lighting, cute decorations. The server was very prompt and a good amount of attentive. Our food came out very quickly and the server kept our glasses full. We ordered the carne asada and it was amazing! We will definitely be back.
We loveeee the food here but the service from the hostesses is consistently bad. We left about 15 minutes ago, the two young girls working the host stand rolled their eyes at us when we told them we needed a table for 8. It’s my graduation dinner and they had no need to be so rude. They did this to many people and laughed at an old man after he sighed when they told him the wait time. We just left and are going somewhere else. Also, we called to make a reservation 6 hours ago...
At the Tyler, Texas location, I ordered the fried green tomatoes plate. The picture showed the tomatoes with small amount of stringed ranch dressing on the tomatoes and on the side the pimento cheese with group of small salad. I requested not to put the ranch dressing on the tomatoes but on the side. When it came, the tomatoes had the pimento on top of them with a side of ranch. I explained to the server that the picture showed the pimento on the side not in top of the tomatoes....
