This may be my second negative review of this location . I just can’t get a positive review experience from this location . I go to 7 brew ALOT and this location is the worst by far . Today , after waiting on this person in front of me to buy a million gift cards and being stuck in line I finally got my drink . And it wasn’t great .probably rushed and not made right because they got behind . Not happy about it .

We had an extremely wonderful barista help us at 7brew today! He was so kind and personable, he even convinced me to try and new drink and it’s now my favorite! I hope I am lucky enough to catch him next time as well. I cannot remember his name but he was the blonde headed boy, i believe his name started with an L.

I love 7 Brew, but this location is trash when it comes to customer service. I’ve been here twice in four months and somehow get stuck with the same employee every time. No hello, no personality, no effort—just a dry “what can I get for you.” Zero vibe, zero customer service. If this is the energy being allowed, management clearly doesn’t care. I’ll keep loving 7 Brew… just not this location. Psst, it’s a Caucasian guy, Justin Bieber looking hair.

My experience at 7 Brew is always amazing, but today especially stood out thanks to Brooklyn, the barista who served me. She was so friendly, upbeat, and genuinely made my day better. My drink was perfect and the service was even better. You can tell they really care about customers and love what they do. Brooklyn deserves a raise. 😜
