Abuelo’s is a fantastic restaurant and the food is delicious. Brooke was an excellent server and kept us well supplied with tea, chips, salsa, etc. I can’t wait to go back and have the Chicken Tampiquena again. Very tasty! My wife had the Chile Relleno and enchilada. We were very pleased with everything and will be back. Well done!
I had the pleasure of dining today at Abuelo's for the first time. I wanted to say that the meal, service and experience was outstanding. This place was recommended by the concierge at my hotel when I asked for his recommendation. I absolutely agree, this is a place I will bring my family to when we are back in the area.
When I was younger, I delivered to their restaurants, though I was not aware they had a location in Tyler. I always found the food excellent and often took my first wife there. On a recent trip to Tyler with my second wife, who is gluten-free, we struggled to find suitable dining options. The Google app indicated that Abuelo's Mexican Restaurant offered gluten-free choices.
