Andy’s consistently delivers great frozen custard. The Butter Pecan Concrete had the right amount of crunchiness and sweetness. The location on the square in downtown has a large patio area for seating. I imagine this will be really nice when all of the enhancements to the square are complete.
Andys becomes an addiction. They make a custom concrete for me that I crave. Choc custard, almonds and melted chocolate chips. 😋

Just wanted to take a second and spread some good karma. While I couldn't eat anything here due to an allergy, I had a great experience. The other night during a wild storm, after being bared entry by another reasturant next door, my friend and I took shelter here. The staff and customers inside saw the crazy weather and worked together to usher those of us out on the street into the reasturant despite getting soaked themselves. I'm very grateful for this show of kindness, as I am sure the others that followed in after me are too. Thank you!

Terrible, passive aggressive, rude, bad attitude and demeanor. Throws my cup on the counter. Lady manager tonight was terrible. Instead of providing me with good customer service and getting my order correct she tells over to guy charge him for that. I don't mind paying for it it's just the way she went about it. She could have said and explained to me rather than being so crude which meant I got crude in return. Of course these folks work together and have social capital so ai look like the villain when I simply want to enjoy it the way I like it. She acts like I am inconveniences her by having my ice cream preference.

My friend and I decided to treat ourselves to Andy’s for the first time! I had an amazing Jackhammer but my friends Cookie dough came with half of a banana! We went to another location to solve this issue.
