I meant to leave this review yesterday, but it slipped my mind. The young lady working at the rolling station around 1 p.m. was absolutely phenomenal! I asked for a fresh pretzel with extra salt, and she got started on it right away. I watched the whole process because I was genuinely interested in how you all make them, and I noticed how clean, quick, and skilled she was. She answered every question I had while still working efficiently. My pretzel came out fresh, hot, and perfect. Thank you, ma’am! 🙌🥨

Stopped in today for the first time. The young girl at the counter was very pleasant. The other employee wearing a blue shirt was were I was disappointed. Posted up on the counter on her phone. No interaction, nothing. Your walls are clear so your customers can clearly see you were preoccupied. Pretzels were not what I expected. Soft, minimal flavor and cold cheese to dip Luke warm pretzels in. Will not be returning. Don't waste your time.

The cashier was very disrespectful and did not know what she was doing. She told me I would be next to get my food but gave it to everyone else that was after me, so then I hate to wait an extra 10-15 minutes, everyone else seems to be nice and working great just the cashier was very rude. This is Sunday may 18th at 2:30

I was going to walk up to get pretzels but then I see a woman walking around in the kiosk wearing a spaghetti strap tank, and flip flops, her hair looking like she just rolled out of bed, she was helping her self to a drink in the kiosk, that was very gross to me and i will probably never go to the kiosk again

I went in the other day to grab some pretzels for my family and I . Eshlei was very sweet and was very helpful.

Eshlei is such a kind and cheerful cashier. She was the first thing I saw, and she gave me a very good impression of the place. I would give her best friend (Kent, I believe his name is) a 100-dollar coupon. Coming back to the point Eshlei is such a good casier indeed.

Such a wonderful place and staff crew, this young lady whose name was Eshlei attended me and it made me feel welcomed. 5 out of 5 stars in my opinion the atmosphere of this place is amazing and the pretzels are even better.

I went in to grab a quick snack since I was in a rush and the sweetest employee, Eshlei helped me out. She got my pretzels out quick and warm! She had the nicest personality.
