I called this place twice because it explicitly says CALL AHEAD OF TIME BECAUSE HOURS MAY VARY. The lady that answered said Bueno, I said Hello, she said Bueno, I said I don’t speak Spanish and she hung up. I called again and Bueno, I said someone who speaks English and she hung up. You do realize that someone other than a Latin speaking person might want to spend money at your establishment right? It would be nice if you had someone that could speak Spanish and English and if she can’t understand what I’m saying to say hold and just find someone in the establishment who can speak it. I know in 2025 in the middle of TYLER TX, you can’t make me believe you don’t have someone that works there that speaks and understands English. To simply hang up in my face not once but twice is insane, I definitely won’t be finding out if the tacos or good or not and I’m guessing if you can’t speak Spanish learn before you go here
Great tacos!
Strawberry churro cheesecake is bueno.
If you want to pay $3 for a small taco and cold 🤦♂️🤣😒😂 this is your place
I don't think you can beat this place as far as taste. This is the best Mexican food in Tyler. I would like some hot creamy avocado sauce though. That would put this place over the top.
Remarkable smoke flavor to the velvety, moist barbacoa! Will be back for the chicken which looked incredible too!
This place is one of the best taco places in town and has incredible bbq for cheap. Theres a covered unheated building for sitting and eating but most people just get take out. They cut their own wood for the bbq out back and you can smell the flavor down the street. Will be back for sure

They take time, they skip customers and the person who serves doesn't treat everyone the same if she likes them very friendly and if she doesn't show her face
The street tacos are great and the Verde sauce is delicious. My only thing is the portions are small. My next item too try is the BBQ one day the smoke smell great. But not like Stanley's BBQ. On Beckham

I’ve been coming there for years, and have never been disappointed. They have a great selection of grilled tacos fresh made tortillas and whole chicken pieces! The rice and beans are enough to feed my family of 3. If anyone asks me who has the best tacos I say Tacoo Hernandez!

Bad racism
Bussing tacos and tamales. Went back a second time for the papayas and tamales. Tamales are a 10/10. Always wish I had an Abuela to make me some. Papusas were pretty decent as well ???
