Why is there no answer at the customer service 800 number? Why is there no answer at the corporate HQ 781 number? Why is there NEVER any answer from ANYONE, even the franchisee in Tyler, TX??????

Horrible. I should have trusted the reviews. They are spot on. I am both amazed and disappointed that the powers that be of this place, Wich should be able to read . Would care so little about people getting such a poor experience after paying their money . This is not some complicated complex business. Its an ice cream shop . Geeez . Fix it !

This place is a joke. Made my husbands banana split with all vanilla ice cream and no toppings. The lady in line behind had an online order and they didn’t have the items in store. Music was up so loud you couldn’t hear the cashier. It was horrible will never go back
Donuts were stale . And Chocolate Shake was like water. Wanted to do a positive review of this place! But was so disappointing.

I’m only giving one star because there isn’t a half star. When I walked in I asked if they had pre-packed quarts of chocolate mint? One of the servers walked back to check, I’m still standing there 5 minutes later and the guy asked me if so wanted anything? The girl never told me they were out! Unbelievable! The only have about 8 flavors here, don’t bother coming to this joint-the worst of everything!

One scoop sundae with no whip cream, fudge and nuts only...got the whip cream, no fudge and no nuts..complained and girl said she did it right and no longer carry nuts.

Not really sure where all the bad reviews came from, but they made me hesitant to come in. Glad I still did, though. The staff were very friendly, the store was really clean, and the service didn't take very long at all. I came in at 8:30pm on May 11th and had absolutely no issues.
