The food was amazing, our server Haley was outstanding. We will definitely be back. Don't go unless you have reservations though, especially on weekends. 10/10. My husband had the swordfish (which I don't eat fish and I tried and now I will eat that for sure), I had the chicken tortellini Alfredo and it was better than what I had on my trip to Italy

We had 8 ladies for our luncheon and everyone was very happy with the food and service. I believe the owner was bringing items to our table as well as our server and another.

Once you get the reservation, life is good and Bernards is worth the wait! Everything about the meal was wonderful, portions were good, taste excellent! Staff was friendly and effective. Loved the European feel...I'll be visiting again.

We have eaten at Bernard’s four times and the food has always been great. The service was great the first three times we went but the fourth time our server was overwhelmed so it was not a good experience. The only complaint I have is that when you make reservation it doesn’t seem to matter if you have a reservation or not when you get there. They simply put your name on a list and it’s first come first served. This can be extremely frustrating when you have to wait in the small lobby packed with other people like sardines for 45 minutes. My advice is to make a reservation and show up 30 minutes early and it might work out. Other than that this is our favorite place in Tyler. Bernard always comes and talks to us at our table and he is great. Reservation operation needs work

I was throwing a surprise 60th birthday for my mom and I lived out of state. Cindy was extremely helpful in helping me plan a beautiful event for about 50 people.

Everything was five stars, including the food, the service and the beautiful ambience.

I had to travel the same day as the event, and I was able to just show up, and everything was perfect.

Lovely atmosphere, definitely felt like being in a little European establishment! Sadly we didn’t make reservations and they could only place us at the bar which I didn’t love but it ended up being a great experience! Food was delicious, very authentic, wine was great and service was amazing! A bit pricey but would definitely come back!
