Baylee was our server and she was AMAZING! Customer Service was above and beyond! Baylee never get out of food service or customer service we need ppl like you. Please ask for Baylee when visiting BJs. We got the great white pizza, Sriracha queso, strawberry pazookie and a nutty Brunett. Everything was super delish! This was definitely the best experience we've had at BJs. Keep up the great job Baylee

I got a cheese burger and fries. It was covered in a sauce that was alot like thousand island which I don't care for and the fries it came with were cold and tasted like they'd been under a heat lamp for a while. The bathroom was filthy. The waitress we had was the only redeeming thing about the place. The other 2 people with us liked their food they said but my wife and I both aren't feeling well after eating our burgers.

The place was very clean and had friendly staff. Our food order was correct, prompt and hot and was perfect. I had theAhi Tuna salad, and it was the best I have had. I highly recommend it. My only disappointment was that I told both the hostess and waiter it was my daughters bday, and I was ignored both times. I found that odd! ? Our table of 3 had an appetizer, entrees, and 2 desserts.Parking: It was actually rather like a pinwheel to get to the restaurant thru the parking lot. Same thing when trying to leave the restaurant. We were forced thru the mall parking lot to exit.

I really enjoyed my meal. Jeremy was a great waiter. The couscous Macaroni balls were delicious. And The prime rib dinner was delicious and included salad, two sides and dessert. I love the ambience too. I will be back.

My family decided to give it another try on 3-14-2024. We were there about 7 pm. We were seated at the first booth on the right side of restaurant while almost everyone else was on the left side. We waited and waited,.we saw others come in and be seated. Then they had their drink order taken and even a few their food orders. Still nothing and nobody for us. After about 18 minutes we got up and left. No one ever came to us or even spoke to us except the hostess that seated us. The restaurant was not busy so really there's no excuse or reason for this. Guess this was a mistake we won't be repeating.

Pretty solid prime rib dinner. I like the new Double IPA 'Snook', or something like that...between Kristen and Riley I always had a full glass and everything else I needed. Fun team to chat with while I enjoyed my Friday night. Thanks!
In my view, BJ’s is among the best of the big chain restaurants. The dinning room is a step up over most chains, as is the food. The atmosphere isn’t too “sports bar,” but it does cater to that crowd a bit. But, it also has a bit more class and aesthetic quality than the other chains, enough that it feels like an upgrade.The faire is better than most chains, too. Boasting a broader menu than places like Buffalo Wild Wings and Chili’s, it’s a decent choice when your favorite locally-owned restaurant is booked.
