I decided to drive out to Blessed Hands BBQ & Catering. I’ve had their bbq when they first opened, but I always forget about it when I actually get hungry. Not today though lol.I got 2 slabs of some perfectly cooked and seasoned ribs. 1 pound of their green onion sausage. It was honestly so good!!! I also got 2 large sides of their mac & cheese. It was creamy and full of cheese.My entire family loved everything. This is definitely one of the spots I highly recommend...
We stopped thru Tyler and picked up some bbq. This was our first time grabbing food from this establishment. The sausage and mac& cheese could use a little seasoning, but other than that, it was pretty good. The lady on the register was a sweetie pie! This place is take-out only.
The bbq oxtail was next level and the beans which I don’t usually eat were so rich and full meat and flavor that I could have just eaten that as a a meal. Thank you and we are blessed you came up to Pittsburg TX for the eclipse event so we could try the best BBQ and friendliest people around!
