Went and had a nice lunch with the hubby today and it was both of our first time trying Buffalo Wild Wings. They weren't very busy yet so it was nice and quiet. Our food came out quick and was fresh and hot although I do wish my wings would've been a little more sauced and tossed because they were a little short on the sauceyness scale. Our waitress was kind, attentive, and efficient, and helped me understand different options on flavors and sauces. Would definitely return.

Horrible experience. Came in on 7/31 nobody waiting and was told just a minute to be seated and 20 minutes later was never seated. The employees have no sense of pride in this location and act as if customers don’t matter. This was an unacceptable experience.

I ordered on the app for convenience and to save time. I just got off work and picked up my food. They informed me that I cannot eat inside the restaurant because it is a to go order. Now I'm sitting on my tailgate in the parking lot eating in the heat. I just wanted a break after work.

The food was great as usual and the service was great but there was a kind of nasty smell in the building like the carpets and walls maybe it soaked up food from over the years and need to be clean but other than that it was great.
